Stomach noise isn't always hunger like Bwynn said. It can be gas or digestion. Our digestion is slowed during pregnancy to allow our bodies to absorb more nutrients from our food.
So I'm 17 weeks and four days pregnant, first time. So I got really sick with a virus last friday, and I was throwing up non stop and diarrhea from about seven pm to about three am. So since then, my stomach has been rumbling, but not bc I'm hungry. Just out of the blue it will start to do it. So I just wanted to know if this kind of thing is normal?
About two months ago I started having a burning pain in my upper stomach...pretty high...almost where my rib cages meet. It burned and always felt like I was hungry...I would eat and then within fifteen min. it would feel like i was hungry again. Now within last two weeks... I am having severe pain at times...not nec. burning but pain also. At times it feels like extreme gas, pressure, and bloating. Worse after I eat..but hurts all the time. My bowel habits have changed...
When I go to bed, if I lay on my left side my stomach will make really loud noises like I'm hungry. It's so loud that it wakes my wife. If I turn onto my back or right side the noises stop. There's no pain associated with it or gas. I've tried eating before bed and not eating before bed and nothing changes. What could cause this?

After eating breakfast and belching for a couple of hours it usually goes away. I also gas up if I get very hungry which makes it hard to eat and get my stomach full, which makes me gas up. I take two generic Prilosec every morning which helps, but I still wake up gassed up. After I get rid of the early morning gas, I belch quite a bit the rest of the day, but at least it doesn't nauseate me. I don't pass much gas, so it all appears to be in my esophagus and stomach.
i have always gas problems and burning stomach and feel that it is tied by a rope.when i sit it presses inside due to which am very uncomfortable and have pain also.excretion is not also normal.all tests has done by me with doctor .i always haveexcretion after eating and feel hungry after that due to which i feel very less energy in me and not able to do more work and feel sleepy.
Hey ladies was wondering if this has happened to you I'm currently #31 weeks and all day todaymy stomach keeps growling like if iI'm hungry or something but I have already eaten... What can be? I don't feel gasy. Or need to use #2.. Its just annoying because I can hear my stomach making those noises..
your symptoms seem like your pregnant gas is very much a part of gas try sleeping n your left side.

Does it get better after passing gas ? Hello, I'm a 19 year old and I always feel hungry and gassy. I am not overweight at all, in fact I'm in very good shape and regularly attend a gym to lift weights and work on my cardio. Whenever I wake up in the morning, I ALWAYS have a cramp/sore feeling in my stomach. Whenever I inhale or exhale deeply I feel a pain in my stomach. It wears away after a few hours and us gone around noon.

I think this is probably the dumbest question, but all of a sudden today my stomach started growling. I'm only 6w6d and every since I found out I was pregnant my stomach hasn't growled. Today while walking around at work I felt a cold sensation in my belly, as if I had spilled water on it, not to the touch but inside. It was brief but happened twice. I had some gas but didn't feel any pain & my stools are normal. I've felt a pulsating sensation in the same place in the past but never pain. What could be causing this?

I think that during and before your period is when you are burning more calories than normal.... you might just be hungry. And it's very likely that you have gas, too.
I'm 36.5 weeks.. yesterday this loud gurgling noise keep happening coming from the upper left side of my stomach. It wasn't my stomach growling from being hungry bc it did the same today a couple hours after I ate a big meal. And I didn't have gas or have to go to the restroom either time.... what is this?
