stomach gas gurgling

I have constant gurgling and bubbling in my stomach. It gets worse when i lay down, i can feel the bubbles or air in my stomach and it sounds like watery and air moving around in my stomach. then if ive been laying down or sleeping for a while, when i first get up, the gurgling acts up. The gurgling subsides a bit when i sit normally but i can never just lay down and relax when my stomach is acting up when i do lay down. Any suggestions?

I get gurgling in my stomach as well al.lst every day, I just have chalked it up to gas and him having hiccups.

You could being have gas in your stomach. Maybe try taking some of the over the counter anti-gas pills an see if it helps. Very common esp if you drink carbonated beverages.

So I'm 23 weeks never felt the baby. But now my stomach is doing gurgling feeling. No cramping, no noise, no gas, no nothing. Could that be the baby or is it just weird stomach stuff?

I never had diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, or most symptoms associated with IBS except the bloating, gas and loud intestinal sounds bellowing from my stomach. I had nausea (but no vomiting), loss of appetite (I would gag when I was eating), and a rumbling and gurgling in my stomach like something is in my stomach. Then a month later I got indigestion and bloating a couple of times and excessively loud stomach gurgling and by this I mean seriously not normal, which I have never had in my life before, started. It mainly gurgles after eating or drinking just about anything and will go on for a couple of minutes or more, and then will occasionally gurgle or bubble at other times, like when I lie down to go to bed. It started a random day when I kept having these intense gas pains ever hour or so. I would hold my stomach and pray for it to stop, but still didn't think anything of it. By 9 PM, however, it was horrible. I laid in bed and kept trying to pass gas to see if it would help but couldn't. Then the gas pains got closer together. I am a healthy male age 39 and my stomach will make gurgling noises all the time, but mostly when I am laying in bed at night. It's probably your intestines. The liquids are moving around and make that gurgling noise. Be thankful you don't have gas that hurts in combination with that!

Can anyone tell me what this could be? Around October 4th I began to have a gurgling stomach (which hasn't stopped to this day). It wasn't the normal growling from being hungry, it was different. I am 53 and have had acid reflux for a couple years. Also fibromyalgia. I have been taking omezaprol for a year now. I have never burped and after almost every meal I have the hiccups. About 6 months ago I started the throat gurgling. I don't do it when I get up in the morning but as the day progresses it gets worse and in the evening I am doing it constantly. They thought I had GERD's - Acid reflex. We tried all the drugs and eventually because I started throwing up at night they went forward with a surgery to make it so I didn't throw up anymore.

t get any pain, but awful gurgling noises in his stomach and flatulence which he is finding very embarrassing at times. He has tried Gaviscon and Pepto Bismol but nothing seems to be helpign him. Can anyone advise something which may help these noises disperse?

I went to the doctor about a week ago and told him everything. I forgot to ask for a breath test though. He gave me a prescription for Omeprazole 20 mg when I told him I'd been taking it, so insurance pays for most of it now. In July I am supposed to go back if I don't get any better, which I don't think I will. He said he will take an x-ray then (barium x-ray I assume). This stuff isn't getting worse and I have stopped worrying about what it is (for the most part).
