If you got the flu shot you most likely have the flu I would go to hospital so they can test you because the flu is very contagious and your putting others at risk. If you can't keep fluids down that is harmful to your baby because it can cause dehydration. And is some cases the flu has been known to kill unborn baby. Just go to the doctors to see what is going on better be safe and find out early then to be sorry and find out if is the flu.
Has anyone had the stomach flu while pregnant? I'm 90% sure I have it. I feel absolutely miserable. I want to eat but I don't want to get ore sick off what I eat. Any suggestions? My symptoms are terrible belly ache for over 24 hours, weak and tired, acid reflux, nauseated, diarreah.
Holding his tummy probably means it is hurting, I would take him to the doctor , he will need liquids to stop him dehydrating, try pedialyte, can you remember what he was eating prior to his throwing up ?

I felt like I was getting the flu.. I woke Sunday with a fever and still very itchy arms... For example his last time he roled over and puked, cried a tiny bit and then he passed right back out. 3 days ago I contracted, what I thougt, was food poisening, but all last week my wife's mother was really sick with something... seems to be a coincidence!

You say "I have a 7 month baby and has the stomach flu." Do you mean you have the flu or the baby has the flu? If the latter, go with the advice from margy. If the former, feed the baby as usual, keeping yourself as hydrated as possible. (Stomach flu doesn't transmit in breast milk.
