Avatar_n_tn I have a fever between 99 - 102. My skin hurts, I have a head ache and stomach ache, especially a pain in lower left region near intestines. My right ear aches. This has been going on for 4 days. I can't sleep. I also have genital herpes (but I am not broken out) and wonder if this is related. I also got bitten by many mosquitos last week and fire ants and wonder if this is related.
Avatar_f_tn She is constantly complaining of a headache, stomach ache, leg cramps, and she will often run a slight fever of 99.6 - 100.5. The doctor ran a blood test and the results showed elevated potassium and a slight elevation in her blood sugar. She then ran another blood test to check her kidneys and gave her a urine test. Those results came back fine and her White Blood Cell Count was normal.
Avatar_n_tn My 14 year old daughter has had low-grade fever accompanied by headache or stomach ache for 2-3 weeks. We were in the High Sierra Camps in July. Should I be thinking Hanta virus? No sign of respiratory distress. No symptoms besides the fever and headache or stomach ache. Any ideas out there? (Doc says he's not concerned, but took a urine sample and I requested blood work.
Avatar_n_tn My teenage daughter has had a severe headache and stomack ache for a week. Could this be the flu without the fever and cough?
13596572_tn?1431107976 A migraine feels different from a sinus headache or regular headache just like the difference in a stomach ache and menstrual cramps. Two totally different causes AND symptoms!! When you rate your pain on a scale of 1 to 10. You can have a plain ole regular headache that you would rate a 10 and you can have a migraine and rate it a 3. It has nothing to do with the intensity of the pain.
Avatar_n_tn My husband has had fever of around 102 degrees, severe headache, chills and night sweats. This has been going on for a week. He has had blood tests, urine tested, head and chest x-rays, cat scan and spinal tap. Nothing can be found. The doctors say it is a severe viral syndrome that could last 10 to 14 days. He has lost 10 pounds and is very weak and unable to stay up for very long. He has not been able to go to work for the last 4 days. Is there any other diagnosis for this?
11041898_tn?1414820712 My son is 6 years old. He had fever and headache a week ago. He vomitted on the 2nd day, and lost appetite, even refusing to drink water. We took him to hospital and even blood check was done. He was on antibiotics for 4-5 days, and as he was dehydrated he was on IV fluids. Since then, he has complained of constant dull stomach ache and didn't pass stool for 6 days. Now he is eating some food, little bites of biscuits, cakes, cereals and fruits/juice. But still there is abdominal pain.

I'm now feeling much better (as in I am now without a fever and stomach ache), but the head ache just won't go away. The week before I got sick I even had a head ache that seemed to be there almost constantly. Now it really is a constant pressure on my head and also I always feel somewhat dizzy.

Avatar_n_tn My husband's little sister who is now 10, has bad migraines. She will get a very bad headache, it can give her fever, makes her sick to her stomach, and she has to put a cold cloth on her head and lie down in a dark room. When my mother in law finally found out what was wrong, we were all shocked that she got migraines at such a young age, but that's what it is! The dr gave her something to take when she gets one. Maybe you can have her checked for migraines?
655242_tn?1229476344 Your story seems to fit into 'cervicogenic headache'. (Headache caused by problem in the neck) However, correct picture can be gained only by taking your full history, and after an examination of head and neck, and the relevant neurological examination. Be glad there is nothing wrong structurally (CT and MRI). Now you have to find out what is causing the headache and other pains, and get treatment for the same.

Avatar_n_tn I'm a 44 yo male . About a year ago, after my third cup of coffee one morning, I started to feel cramps in my stomach. A couple of weeks later, after some sleepless nights ( the cramps seemed to occur early in the morning as well as between meals ) I was diagnosed with gastritis and given 20 mg of Prilosec for 3 weeks. I've stopped the coffee and watch what I eat although I can't say that my life is any less stressfull right now.
Avatar_f_tn The other causes could be jaundice if there is yellowish discoloration of skin, food poisoning if the symptoms occurred shortly after taking food, peptic ulcer disease and sometimes cholecystitis and pancreatitis. Headache may/may not be related to the stomach ache. Common viruses that cause cold flu or stomach flu can cause nausea and headache. There may be other associated signs like runny nose, diarrhea, fever, body aches which may be suggestive of a viral illness.
Avatar_f_tn Now I have consitipation with mucus heartburn, headache and a mild back ache. I don't have a fever or any other symptoms. My stomach does not hurt, I am just wondering if I need to see a Dr. because I don't have health insurance. I am hoping this will go away on its own. I do not have any previous history of stomach issues. When I take immodium it goes away but I think thats why Im constipated today. When the immodium wears off it usually comes right back. What should I do? Thank you.
Avatar_n_tn My symptoms started about 22 years ago with burning eyes and a mild headache once every 2 to 3 weeks. It occurred approximately in the evening and continued all night until I went to sleep. Panadol at that time was helping. After a year or so or constant reoccurrence, I seek for medical help with an eye specialist in which everything was fine. Later that year I then visited the skin specialist for my eyelid. The specialist diagnosed that I had inflammation under my eyelid.
Avatar_m_tn I am a 27 years old guy and recently i went to Thailand and received an unprotected oral sex from a masseuse. I started feeling stomach issues from the same day and after two days i got diarrhea(gastritis) followed by headache, stiff neck and backache after few days. I visited a doctor when i came back and he said that most probably its a traveler's diarrhea because of food and alcohol. After another 10 days i got mild sore throat, ear blockage and body pain.

Avatar_f_tn Hi, I've had a relatively good pregnancy until now, apart from the first 3 months of tiredness, nausea & almost constant headache & neck-ache. 12 days ago, at the start of wk 26, I began getting really tired again, although I continued exercising & eating normally. 3 days ago, I woke up with liquid diarrhea, exhaustion, a headache & sore neck - which I've had now for 3 days. The first day I barely ate; ate more yesterday, and little today. I'm not dehydrated.
Avatar_n_tn It starts off as a burning at the back of my skull with slight tingling, which makes me flushed (no fever). Sometimes a one-sided headache starts with it (medium pain level) and I have bouts of dizziness and nausea. I had an MRI in 2010 due to my daily one-sided headaches which came up clean, giving me no help. At that time however it was primarily a headache with no other symptoms.
Avatar_n_tn glad to get to this site and thanks all for sharing your experience. our 5 yr old son has been a normal healthy boy until now (occassional ear infections, cold/ flu...). 537974_tn?1213748515 Hi, There is also a possibility of this being a sinus headache. Do you have a runny nose, fever or a postnasal drip? This could also be as rightly mentioned an exertional headache which occurs on straining or exerting. I would suggest you to take enough fibre in your diet and also an OTC stool softener so that you don’t have to strain during bowel movement.
Avatar_n_tn however, by that evening the shooting pains in my head had returned along with my low grade fever. I have had a headache with fever before, but this does not feel the same. These symptoms continued until about the 3rd when I also started feeling some muscle stiffness mostly in my shoulder blades and lower neck region along with a feeling of heaviness and chest pressure. The low grade fever seems to come and go and is usually accompanied by strong sharp pains in my head.
Avatar_f_tn H1N1 infection too can present with fever, headache and abdominal pain. Since there is no gas, change in stool frequency or color, chances of any irritable bowel syndrome or gut flu is less. It can be a lupus associated pain and fever, but less likely to start this way. Also lupus is unlikely to cause high fever, severe headache or abdominal pain. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Please consult your doctor regarding this.
Avatar_n_tn I had a sudden bout of horrible chills, neck pain, and headache, which led to a fever of 104. Since that night I have had an up and down temperature ranging from almost normal to 102.5. Two nights in a row I've had drenching sweats along with lower back pain, stomach pain and even a bad eye ache. Any ideas on what I could have?

Avatar_n_tn 1- demand to see my actual test results 2 - have a test for HPylori, the ulcer bug, which I don't think was in that other test 3 - tell her she'd better start exploring the anti-biotic that will help me or I'm going to put a gun to my head because I've never had a stomach ache/headache in my life, let alone for 4 months like this I am also going to have a colonscopy and upper endoscopy in January and I will ask that they take a biopsy of where it still hurts up top.
