sprintec and acne

I was on a triphasic pill for years (Tri Sprintec). It was good for keeping acne under control (which is why I originally went on it at age 20). But in the last few years I began suffering from extreme fatigue, lots of water retention, vaginal dryness, etc, and as all my tests were normal my PCP suggested the pill was causing it. I went off the pill completely 4 months ago and about 2 months after started experiencing extremely oily skin and massive hair shedding, among other things.

I was a very healthy 41-year-old woman who took Sprintec and had two strokes within 5 minutes and spent two days being a human pin cushion in the hospital. It was determined that there was no other reason to have a stroke besides my birth control pills.

They say i have symptoms of pcos (facial hair and acne) they tested me and my DHEAS LEVEL and TESTOSTERONE were kinda high but all my other hormones were fine. So they started me on SPRINTEC N SPIRONPROLACTONE and i was wondering will this help or do i need to try METFORMIN OR CLOMID.... i also have a cyst on my right ovary. What is the next step for me.

Last month I switched to YAZ. But, when I first started with the Tri- Sprintec I noticed these bumps which looked a bit like herpes but I don't know for sure in my mouth near my uvula and they are spreading in the back of my mouth. My stomach and abdomen have been acting up and I dont know what is wrong.

I have been on tri-sprintec birth control for 8+ years. I seemed to get a zit here and there on the side of my chin around my period, but for the past 6-8 months I seem to have constant breakouts mainly on the sides of my chin. It is all the time, not just around my period. The right side is worse than the left. The rest of my skin is clear. I have tried antibiotics, Retin-A, changing all my face products, serums, facials and even a juice cleanse.

I started sprintec about five weeks ago...I have SUPER heavy periods (fibroids) and actually qualify for a hysterectomy, but my insurance is crap and it would cost me $2600 out of pocket. I also always have.a.BAD case of PMS!!! Anywho, I'm not willing to pay that price for an elective surgery so my Dr put me on Sprintec, but instead of three weeks active/one week reminder, I'm on six weeks active/one week reminder.

I took my pill everyday at 8:15pm but on the second week that tuesday today I forgot to take it and took it at 12:45am 41/2 hours later. After switching to sprintec, the pills no longer worked. I was having periods while on the active pills and my vulva became dry and irritated (like a knife stabbing it). I can't get the pain to go away. Anyone else with this problem?

For about three months I've had these red rings on my upper thigh. They are just an outline of a perfect circle and aren't raised, indented, or itch. I've been taking Celexa and sprintec for 7 months, but the rings started months after I began taking the medicine. They sometimes form on top of each other, or don't form complete circles too.
