Hi, I have been experiencing a red painless sore covered by white colored form on top of my penis for the last two weeks. I already consulted a dermatologist and have taken SPORANOX for first two days then have changed the medication to 'Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropoinate Cream', Tablets of 'Metronizazole 400mg 'and 'Ciprofloxacin 500'. 4 years ago a rash has appeared on my right back like eczema or dermatophytosis with rings. My dermatologist thinked it was eczema so I have taken diprosone cream.
