The smears are cellular and composed of neoplastic follicular epithelium arranged in papillary architectural patterns as well as cohesive complex two dimensional sheets. Neoplastic epithelium have elongated irregular nuclear contours with evenly distributed nuclear chromatin, inconspicuous nucleoli and dense to wispy cytoplasm. Occasional intranuclear pseudoinclusions can be seen in some of the neoplastic follicular epithelium.
One of my problems is that my dr sees menopause as a pathology, a disease. Although I had always thought of menopause as just a "natural" phase of a female's life, this dr's attitude makes me feel that I am no longer a woman, just a walking pathology with nothing to look forward to but bodily and mental decay. She does not appear to listen when I tell her about any problems and tends to send me for intrusive tests.

However I never went to the hospital. A day later I'm still weak my speech is a little slurred. My left arm is completely use less. I'm drenched in sweat. Pathology report shows infiltrating mammary carcinoma, no special type, low combined histologic grade, Low proliferative rate with apocrine cytology, measuring at least 6MM in greatest extent (best measrued on P63 IHC Slide) Calponin and P63 show absence of myoepithelial cells int he neoplastic tubules, consistent with an invasive interpretation. Immunohistochemical studies for estrogen receptor and progesteron receptor are negative.

His ENT dr wants him to take speech therapy, but his voice comes back for a little while. He has been like this for 5 weeks now. Can anyone help with what maybe going on?
I choose to have a PBM on 8/3/09 with immed. implants. I got the pathology back and i would just like get some clarifications on the pathology. Both surgereons will only go on about what a smart decision that I made and I am happy with it but i would just like to know for myself and my 8 yr old daughter how dangerous were these results.

I agree with Sue Young, Debbie. I considered looking this up for you, as this information is randomly available on cancer websites, or if you google bc staging, and stuff like that. But I decided against doing this for you, because this needs to be explained to you by your doctor in person.
s thyroiditis have tongue issues that has/had an impact on your speech? I have the scalloped appearance to my tongue, a swollen feeling near the back and underneath the tongue which affects my speech. Did the thyroid meds fix the problem and if so, how long did it take?

s speech last night, but did see a brief interview with her the day before. She said that she thought she would win Iowa, and also said that regardless, she would be in New Hampshire. Interesting that she is getting out, although clearly there was not much hope there.
I did catch Perry's speech last night after the Iowa cacaus. He said that he was going home to Texas to "reevaluate". I got the impression he would be pulling out as well.

Ive noticed over the past few years that my speech is slured and i connot preanounce words like i once was able to. Has anyone else had these problems with a thyroid disorder?Or is this a sign or more than that, like a pituitary problem or something else. My tsh is now about in the 1-2 range and i still dont feel right on armour and i never felt right on levothyroxine.My body just doesnt seem to cope well with these meds.

my question is. can i draw workmens comp. another question. when i go for my interview at ss office.what should i exspect from them? and other than having my appacation filled out and doctors notes saying he disabled me. and the other things they ask you to bring. what do they really look for and do at this time? i want to thank all those who have commented on my questions so far also. any help here on this one i can use right now. my interview is comming up soon.
