Avatar f tn wow thanks guys there heaps of great dvice here. I went straight out and bought some oatmeal and the vegetarian "meats" they both went down really well. I think I nay be one of the lucky ones who dairy doesn't have an adverse effect on ( at least not yet) .

As I was reaching for it, I noticed the price tag. $4.00. For a loaf of bread! I WANT to help myself, but my food budget these days does not include a four dollar loaf of bread. Avatar f tn I make stir fry with marinated tofu sometimes and always have light soy milk in my fridge and frozen edamame in my freezer. Whole grains are high in protein too. Whenever you buy cereals, pasta and bread, just look for whole grain varities. Same thing as legumes, you'll get the benefit of a higher fiber content also.
