A week ago I did a 10 miles bike-ride per day, for three days. Shortly after, my right testicle got swollen and if I sit in a certain way, that testicle is sore and that soreness extends to the lower abdomen. Also, when having sexual intercourse, I don't ejaculate at all, despise having orgasms as usual.

A few days after it seems like my testicles ache.. well 2 nights ago i had sex with another cambodian woman, who assured me she was clean and of course i used a condom, but it broke, so i put another one on.. shortly after that, another one broke so i just stopped, i was in her for 1 min before i realized what happened. my testicles still ache but not in a painful way, they feel like blue balls.
I have noticed an unexplained pressure in testicles, usually in the bottom side. Sometimes it goes but it comes back. When I do some mild exercise, like walking, it gets better. But it may come back.
I have not seen any lump, swelling, or other scary stuff. My GP show no signs of infection in the urinalysis. Could this be due to excessive cycling?
A few days ago my testicles began to hurt a little, not a lot, just discomfort like being lightly flicked or in tight underwear too long, neither is the case here. Not excruciating, more annoying. I notice it more when sitting and walking. It started with the left, now it taking turns with the right.
I have read that it can be a sign of gonnorhea. How long would one have it before the testicles began to hurt, is it a primary symptom or after ones had it for a while?
I have sore testicles. The pain seems to be more in the cords. I hurt them by doing core exercises which involved me sucking in my stomach to engage my core. The pain is worsened by excercise. My testicles have since tightened up and no longer hang in there old relaxed state. Ibuprofen and nurofen have no effect. My lower abdominal wall is stiff and sore all the time from my testy pain. I also get a sore lower back.
then prescribed avel (antibotic) and this seemed to work but about a week after completeing meds the discomfort is back. This pain is most noticable while sitting for long periods of time. I do have an apt. with a urologist is 2 weeks.
Does this sound like an infection or something else? I'm kind of worried that it might be more seroius but the antibiotics seemed to be working but not completly.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Ok about 3 months ago, Me and a girl gave each other unprotected oral sex. Stupid I know and about 7 days after I noticed a tiny red dot on teh tip of my penis which dissapeared. I then had an actual rash underneath the foreskin which was there for a few days then dissapeared then came back every few days. After cycling last week, I noticed irritation and some small blister/ingrown hair looking things on my inner thigh where my testicles rub my leg. I'm guessing it is merely saddle sores from cycling, but am ultra-paranoid it is herpes. What are my chances of having contracted herpes?

Really sensitive. No pain killers help. I have had my entire back checked for nerve damage and referred pain. I have been checked for hernias and done blood tests etc.

Hi , After cycling my bike a week ago I noticed a lump in my perennial area while showering. I guess it’s after coming by from one or two things , that area is usually quite red from cycling and I wore shorts that hadn’t been washed from the day before . It’s something I never do but was forced to do as all my others were wet !
She prescribed me Lotrimin cream, which I am now using. I mentioned my sore testicles and after she examined them without finding any abnormalities, she suggested I be re-tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia to play it safe, even though I tested negative for both of those about two and a half months ago, and haven't had sex since.

First of all, I've read through these forums and kind of cringed at the incessant (albeit understandable) questioning and requestioning of certain users when community answers don't satisfy that nagging feeling of being uncertain towards what might or might not be going on in their body. So full disclosure, I might fall into that group.
Hi, since July I have been having itchy testicles. I can feel one area that is sore but there's no real bump or lump there. its not open and weeping or bleeding. One the other testicle, a filiform like thing came up last year and went away after a couple of weeks (I was pulling it and it got sore but before that didn't hurt). Any idea what these could be? I keep touching it every night and scratching it and that makes it worse.
After 2 different antibiotics and rest I felt much better (but no where near 100% fitness or vitality) and went back to the gym doing light weights (no running but cross or cycling only) 2 weeks after secomd course of antibiotics. Except now I'm getting a bad sore throat and phlem back and feel run down.
This week I am visiting another city and got a sore throat, cough and sniffles. My lymph glands were slightly inflamed. It is likely that I just got something from my friend's 10 year old son--the climate was different (moister), I wasn't getting much sleep, and her son was quite sick with a very bad cough. Before I realized he was sick I had touched his hands helping him to learn guitar etc. Other friends in town seemed to be getting sick too, so probably just picked something up.
