sore

I have been to an ENT due to a hard lump on right hand side of neck, low down almost at base of neck. Had no pain from the lump itself but had difficulty swallowing food...feels like food is getting stuck on the right hand side of my throat, also feels like tablet or something is lodged in throat. Also suffer on and off with a sore dry scratchy feeling throat again on the right side. Had 2 fine needle aspirations taken and a nasendoscopy.
I have had sore, swollen glands in my neck for over 3 weeks. My Dr. agreed they were swollen but ruled out lymphoma as I had had some blood tests but they were done before I had these symptoms. I don't feel it would be lymphoma, but I thought maybe some kind of virus as I am running a low grade fever from 99.3 to 100.3. My "normal" is usually 97. I was taking an antibiotic (Bactrim) for an abscess I had on my buttock caused by a bee sting probably. Another Dr.
I have had a brain fog headache and sore neck issue that has progressed over time, that seems to feel worse when these other symptoms are worse. I also have had pvcs and abdominal pain over the last few months that have mysteriously disappeared. Did I lose vagal tone? I still have abdominal fullness. I also have floaters in my vision, and have trouble focusing sometimes. The severity of symptoms seem to come in waves (expecially fatigue). Can someone please help?

Some of our symptoms include headaches, neck/back pain, tingling of limbs, burning tongue, jaw pain and/or fatigue, burning sensation on top of head, face pain. I only have headaches, neck/back pain, and jaw fatigue, but my other family members have other symptoms. Until I started getting treated for it I never would have believe that having a problem with my jaw placement would have caused all those problems. It's worth a shot. Do you ever wake up with a sore or clenched jaw?
I've always had the body fatigue and heaviness, but this is that plus the sleepy fatigue. Also my neck and shoulders are killing me. I feel like I'm not going to make it some days. Just feel very ill. Does lyme cause this kind of debilitating fatigue? How do you deal with it?
I'm the only one with the ongoing problems. Also had a sore throat and my lymph glands in my neck swelled up,but it all went away after about 3 days. The fatigue came on 3-4 days after that.
The fatigue is such a monster! I have heard of different meds to help but am waiting until my body adjusts to Rebif before I start adding more drugs. Getting your blood tested is a good idea. You should ask that they check your Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels too. I have also heard that it is not uncommon for MS patients to have a sleep disorder related to restless sleeping or sleep apnea, so there may be another area there dor you to have checked as well.
If amoxicillin and calvepen (phenoxymethylpenicillin) didn't help I have to wonder if your sore throat, sore ear, and sore neck are more from a virus. But 2 weeks is a long time for a virus. I'd get a second opinion if I were you. Dr.

Still have the acid feeling in my mouth, a headache and sore neck and nausea and some other symptoms (chest/ back pain, plus feel like I have a slight temperature). Doctors, For approximately 2 months, I have had constant neck pain, stiffness in my neck, fatigue, on-and-off fevers, headaches, and I am now experiencing tinnitus and seeing floaters. This all started off three weeks after what my family doctor thought was an outbreak of shingles. I had a large raised, red rash on my right hip without pustules for about two weeks; a small scar is still present today.
I quite often feel weak and shakey and my neck is constantly stiff, tight, and sore. I have had weired episodes where everything sounds like i have cotton in my ears, but it only lasts for a minute or two and then everything sounds normal again. I have had an MRI, ENT testing, vision testing, stress tests, an EKG, and an ecocardiogram, it all came back normal.

Hello, Sometimes I feel like the glands in under my arms and groin area are sore. They are not swollen at all, and I have had them checked, but I am worried why they would occasionally be sore. I also sometimes feel like I still have growing pains in my arms and legs even though I'm 19 years old. I do get occasional chest pain as well. Does anyone know if these are signs of something serious? Thanks for your help.

In the absence of fever, significant low energy levels, exhaustion, swollen neck lymph nodes, sore tonsils ( usually in mono people have most of these symptoms) this lowers the possibility of having mononucleosis. The exact nature of you neck pain-something that your doctor was probably able to assess correctly- is a very significant clinical aspect for helping rule out mononucleosis and meningitis.
Since September I have been overwhelmed by fatigue, sore throat, ear ache (stabbing pains). My scalp is sore to the touch in certain areas and I have shooting, stabbing pains and headaches as well. I don't feel like eating and have to force food into my system. I can't train and wake up tired every day. I have had a hard painful lump in my neck, left side below my ear, since September.

I have fatigue for the last2.5 weeks and it will not go away. I beleive that fatigue is an underreported symptom of hiv because it's so broad as a symptom. I went to the clinic and the doctor checked my neck (no swollen lymph node, no rash, temperature was normal, no sore throat, or coughing) He gave me a paper for blood test which I will take, it has been 6 weeks now. In summay 3 days of fever maybe with nigh sweats(forehead sweaty), followed by 2 days of lost of appetite, followed by 2.
