sore muscles cure

My muscles and joints have been really sore the past couple of days and I haven't done anything for them to have reason to be sore? Especially in my left leg, foot and shoulder! I hate it bc I'm 26 years old and should be able to run and play with my kids and just can't!

My muscles are so sore & They feel so heavy, like when I lift them to get in the car. I also have so much trouble with my feet I can't exercise. I have diabetes & I really need to excercise What do you think it could be?

The past few weeks my muscles have been sore and stiff. Sometimes right when I wake up. I'm a pole dancer and even though I haven't been dancing as much as usual lately I still do my normal stretching routine. I'm not really sure why I'm so sore and stiff. I visited the doctor and was given some antibiotivcs .The medicine helped reduce the sore throat but did not completly cure it . Two days back I developed mild fever.However this time I also had body ache (joint pain) along with fever .I am fine now .I still have slight sore throat .Please advise as to what this is ?

You would most likely benefit from seeing a Pelvic Pain Physical therapist. Just relax sounds great however that is like telling someone with a muscle spams in their leg they need to just relax...., There is a book called Heal Pelvic Pain by Amy Stein that is really good, however I would encourage you to use it along with going to a pelvic pain PT, not instead of! I went to one after years of treatment, and she was excellent.

Does anyone feel like their muscles/tendons are 'over-sensitive' - easily over-worked/pulled ?

i am 4 weeks pregnant and my shoulder muscles are so sore to the point where i cant sleep and am in tears it started with one arm and now is both.

I am 57 years old and suffer from Anxiety disorder, the doctor has pretty much kept it under control with medication. The last month or so I have been waking up with sore joints and muscles in my arms and knees and my hands have been tingling. I also have been waking up with headaches, dry mouth and burning eyes. I get at least 8 hours of sleep, though its not a deep sleep. And I noticed my energy level has dropped.

AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING FINE. THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS I HAVE BEEN WAKING UP WITH SORE JOINTS AND MUSCLES IN MY ARMS AND KNEES AND A NUMB FEELING IN MY HANDS. MY DOCTOR HASN'T CHANGED ANY OF MY MEDS NOR HAVE I TAKEN ANYTHING DIFFERENT. I ALSO NOTICED I HAVE BEEN WAKING UP WITH HEADACHES, DRY MOUTH, AND SOMETIMES BURNING EYES. I ALSO NOTICED I HAVE BEEN VERY SHAKY AND HAVE LOW ENERGY EVEN AFTER 8 HOURS SLEEP.

Can anyone who's had sciatic problems please tell me how you know the difference between just more sore muscles and aches and sciatic problems? I'm 23+5 and since yesterday it feels almost like a pulled muscle in my left lower back but it kind of shoots the pain down when I walk. Any thoughts?

Sometimes my lower stomach feels very sore as If i worked out. It feels heavy and if I try to stand up straight it hurts. Especially, after I pee it happens someones and my uterus feels heavy even after I empty my bladder. Has this happened to anyone else?

Ok I'm VERY familiar with ligament pain and this is not it...my lower abdomin is sore..mainly when I stand up...it feels like someone used it as a punching bag! Is it normal?

Yesterday and a few times before I have noticed that if I move too quickly or stand up really fast that not only do I get a head rush! Hello, I had a sore on my genital area( lookn nuffn like pics I see online) and thought I might of had contracted herpes so I went to doc n got antibiotics , the sore went down tremendously... Doc took a swab and no word yet.. And dat makes me nervous bc it's been days , although I tested negative for all std's including blood wrk for herpes..!!. But it's been days now n the butt pain n muscle groin pain is excruciating.

s and I do not smoke or drink and am not overweight yet I have begun suffering from this problem. I have a bitter taste, sore throat and nausea all of which indicate acid reflux. What could have brought this on? stress? In any case now that I have this problem, can it be cured or not? thanks for any advice.
