It occurs more often on one side but sometimes on the other too. In general my breast seem to be getting fuller. When I physically examine them they feel like there is more in them. A friend of mine who is a peditrician said it was probably the metformin waking up my body and ovaries an such. She said taking metformin was like going to they gym. You use muscles you don't normally use and for awhile afterwards they are sore.

A swollen lymph node in the axilla can be caused by several conditions. Breast cancer is just one of them. Infection near the site of the lymph node can also cause enlargement. Lymphomas can also present with enlarged lymph nodes.
It would be best to have yourself seen and examined by your doctor.

They could be sore just because you are getting older and your hormones are changing. What I would be concerned about is the brown circles. Are they moles that have just appeared or what? I do think it would not hurt at all to go and get a check-up to find out what exactly is going on just to be on the safe side. I began to notice in my mid 20's that both of my breast would become very sore the week before I would have my period and sometimes it is worse than others.
After another week the same thing happened on my right side breast at 3 oclock position(exactly symmetric with the left side). The sore enlarged over the next 2 weeks and now the sore on my left side is size of a penny and on my right is half. The whole breasts are itchy with patches of small red bumps and very sensitive skin that will redden and thicken due to slight friction or scratch.
ve recently noticed that I have more fat/flesh on the right side between my breast and armpit than on the left. It is visible to people not me if I point it out. If I poke around there are no lumps, but it seems this increased fleshiness extends under the arm and perhaps even around to the back. I have no idea how recent this is, but I've recently become hyper aware of it because when I put my arms down to my sides I can feel flesh touching on the right in a way that is new unfamiliar.
My breast tenderness, nipple sensitivity starts AFTER my period. That switched a couple of years ago for me and this is my typical pattern now. So, hormones can do this after your period, fyi. However, it's odd it is just one side, right? I know with breast cancer worry, we always worry about something happening to just one breast. However, this probably is not that. :>) I'd be more worried about infection of some sort.
I have been hurting in my left arm pit for about 2 months. It isn't swollen, no lumps in breast or under arm, but what was just soreness now keeps me up at night. I can't lay on the left side because it causes too much pain,. It has stared in the last two weeks to shoot pain in/around my back left shoulder blade, and when I lay on left side for very long it feels like something is squeezing my breath away. My husband threw his arm over me one night and it hurt so bad I sat up.
If i get too annoyed and worried I may tell my mum or my best friend but I really dont want to. One side of my labia thingy is bigger than the other, its not darker, just bigger and stretches if i pull it (which I only did once). When I touch it it feels a bit sore. I am soooo embarrased about it, is there a cream or somthing for it, I will NOT take surgery as an option. I am turning 13 in less than a month and this makes me feel verry unatractive at times. I really hate it.
