I am probably experiencing every side effect this medicine can deliver. Have had 2 transfusions within 4 weeks of each other and the second one only increased my cell count from 7.5 to 7.7. I was given Procrit and was told that I may have to have this injection every week. I am also experiencing sores and problems in my mouth. The doctor says that this is also a side effect to the medicine.
I'm wondering if there's any research supporting a link between solodyn and eye floaters. I was on Solodyn for about 2 months and my vision deteriorated over the same period of time. I have pretty severe floaters that distract me in reading and computer use. Previously a little farsighted but not requiring glasses. Optometrist says the back of my eye looks like "a spiderweb." No retinal detachment, glaucoma, cataracts, etc.
About 6 months later I did some research and I taught my doctor about the side effect which he claimed he had never heard of! I immediately stopped taking the medicine but I have read some articles that say after such a prolonged use these hyperpigmentated spots may become permanent. If anyone has any experience of them going away or any suggestions of what I could do please tell me.

I have been tested several times since that encounter and my hiv test even up to febuary when I got sick was negative and the three previous tests before that were negative.

I feel that if you are showing any allergic reaction to topamax,pls stop taking it and consult your doctor for a change in prescription.You can take over the counter antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin for itching.

Abt two months ago, I was prescribed Solodyn, I use neutrogena creamy wash, Retin-A and some hydroquinone for the dark spots. The solodyn make me break out in a HEAP of HIVES !! so I stopped taking it about 3 weeks ago and now I have been prescribe Bactrim?

I have been having these recurring white sores around my lower right lip where my lower lip meets the chin and the right side of my chin. Shortly after I started the drug, I started having hot flashes and bad leg cramps. My doctor then prescribed Effexor for those side effects. I started at 37.5 mg and worked up to 75mg which I took for 5 years. A month ago he changed my prescription to 37.5 mg and said to stop once the medicine ran out. I took my last pill 3 days ago. I feel horrible. I have nausea, dizziness, a swoshing feeling when I turn my head from side to side and just feel bad overall. I have been cranky and moody.
