t find anything about low fat
dairy being a bad idea. I have always read that its any
dairy that is unpasturized. that can be harmful, because of the possible bacteria. I eat a tonne of cheese, yogurt, etc. I will tell you that when you are pregnant I don't think you need to stick to low fat (correct me if I am wrong ladies), I think the extra calories are fine. But again, I am not a Dr. I would be curious to know where you heard to stay away from low fat?
