My doctor thinks I am nuts, as does my opthamologist. However, my Mom did this (but not my Dad) and both of my daughters do it too. My Mom says that her Mom did it as well. It's very strong reflex and completely uncontrollable. Does anybody else have this or know what it is about? I've always called it "light sneezing.

My daughter has had a cold for two days and after that she started getting blood in her snot while sneezing. Now, she is even getting blood in snot when she is spitting the snot from her nose. Is this normal? She recently turned 12 years old. I am worried. Please answer if you have experienced the same thing.
Any physical activity that warms up muscles, be it walking, climbing, lifting or even sneezing and laughing triggers pins and needles all over my body. Slightest hint of anxiety, stale air, warm air, the Sun, hot bath, humidity.. you name it. Pins and needles turn into massive sensations of crawling and prickling and unless I stop and cool myself the skin flares up in tiny red spots with unbearable nettle burning sensation.
From the time I was 19 I have developed hives, swelling, and itching when I go into the sun. It doesn't happen every time I'm in the sun, but it's more likely to happen when the sun is shining very brightly. I've discovered that if I can get out of the sun when my skin starts to tingle and burn, the reaction is not as bad.
there is also a supplement you can get at Wal-Mart..cacium/magnesium/zinc take 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening..it will help with rls...lots of hot baths with Epsom salt will help the skin crawlie thing...as far as sleep...that's a tough one..I'm still having trouble with it...hang in there and stay positive...I promise it will get better..you just don't think it will at the time.....
I was wondering if getting hiccups every time after eating is normal, and I also find myself sneezing several times in the day yet Im not sick. Also, when do you start feeling your baby move/kick? sometimes it feels like a movement but not entirely sure, more like ants. I find myself feeling more sick in the afternoons now than ever. So I tried all sorts of doctors, medication , even the headache clinic, and nothing helped. I used to play soccer, and I was just out of the army, playing a game of soccer .

The sneezing can certainly be aggravating but it lets you know that the toxins are leaving the body and you should not have to endure that for much longer (@ least not so severe)
The best thing for energy is just to try and get some light exercise, as mild as a short walk in the sun will help. Also, what you eat will dictate how you feel...

You know how many of us addicts sneeze like the devil during acute withdrawals and then sometimes even longer? Until it seems like forever?
My forever finally ended a few days short of 2 months. Toby hasn't sneezed for 2 days and he's damn proud of it! I seriously thought I wrecked my perfect Greco-Roman schnozz (And I'm Irish?) by abusing oxy's. And I never even snorted the damn things.
As long as you don't overheat yourself in the sun you're okay. And like parkersmommy said, stay hydrated.
I'd suggest to try some small periods of exposure and see how you do. As mentioned above you are at an increased risk of sunburn, so use liberal amounts of sunscreen. The other issue is heat and sweating which can trigger a rash. If you are already having any rash or itch issues, I'd be very cautious with getting too much sun. Being in FL with temps currently in the low to mid 80's, you can get a nice burn in less than an hour without being on tx. Be careful.
