Yes I am 18 weeks and usually pain gets a bit stronger during baby development. Try not to put too much force into your belly when u sneeze it works for me.

That technique might help when your dog gets the sneezes from excitement. If the sneezing fits are caused by excitement, tone down your greetings a bit and see if it stops.
