LOL Yes it's normal. What you didn't notice is that you probably hardly ever sneezed when you were using. I'm not sure what the reason is, but it is very, very common.

No you don't have to do anything like that. However as you get further along you may find that you do it automatically to reduce aching. You will also end up probably having to squeeze when you sneeze or cough so as not to pee yourself but that's later on too.

Sneezing just means your body is doing what it's supposed to be doing...getting rid of the crap and healing. It's a good thing, although annoying at times. I've always been a 'sneezer'. 2 weeks later, new antibiotic,hoping for sinuses that hurt when I sneeze and I still have echo in ears when I talk....and if I sneeze my face and top of head hurt. My worry is aneurysms leaking or popping. I see ms doc ( thinking hearing and vision symptoms cn be ms) next week and neurosurgeon week after. Um I was a week before I could walk properly, albeit not for long distances. Try putting a pillow over your tummy when you want to cough or sneeze and apply gentle pressure, It helps a lot :) I'm 17w pp now and I wtill apply very light pressure to my tummy if I have to cough or sneexe as it still hurts a bit, but its bearable. Keep taking your pain meds even of you don;t feel you need them, I took paracetamol for about another week after my hospital meds ran out.

s difficult, but it all depends on you, if you get upset about people sneezing and coughing the PATM will be worse, you just have to accept the condition and every time they sneeze they cough up a little towards them, if someone talks to you and then he looks at you with an angry face, you, you just have to be relaxed and confident with a smile on your face, you have to face it, it's the only way to diminish the PATM effect.

i think we sneeze so much because the pain pills have something in them that helps with colds like an antihistamine (sp??). if you have a stuffy nose and take a pain pill (if you are not an addict like us) your symptoms will improve. so that is my take on sneezing!

When you have to use ten different pillows at night just to try to get some sleep in. Or when you go out to eat and you ask to be seated somewhat close to the bathroom so you don't have to walk back and forth through the whole restaurant 100 times. Oh!
