Common Questions and Answers about Sneeze response

sneeze

Avatar n tn Dear Brat I too, am sorry for your loss. I think loss of bladder control is fairly common (usually bowels, too) at death. I am sure the co-workers were not focusing on the wet pants, but were more concerned about your father. The sneeze may have caused a valsalva response, but most likely it didn't actually kill him, he probably would have died, especially given his symptoms earlier in the morning. Condolences to you and your family. Take care.
609540 tn?1257316841 When I wake and I start to sneeze, the whole day I will sneeze and my nose is very itchy and my eyes become red and watery.Sometimes I don't know why I sneeze, but sometimes when there is a dust I sneeze a lot, so thus this means that iam allergy with the dust?
8550670 tn?1399061803 I asked already in the 18- 24 age gap and didn't get a response. Hopefully someone here may have some advice. Anyways I've been having regular sneezing fits and occasionally when I sneeze I have a sharp pain in my lower abdomen/ pelvic area. I'm only seven weeks along and this is my first pregnancy. Has anyone experienced this before and do you know what it is?
Avatar m tn Some experts say that tonsils, sinusitis or diabetes could cause this but my mother does not suffer from any of these conditions.Just to let you know,my mother has a wet sneeze, with a lot of mist and spray emitted in it.Thanks.
Avatar m tn Since I had a terrible flu last winter may be the swine flu, I am having a little bit of difficulty in breathing. It happens everytime I get strangulate when I eat or sneeze or cough. I usually feel about 10-15 mins of a bit of difficulty in breathing which then dissapeared. Almost everyday I sneeze two times and I get this problem.I would like to know whether it is asthma. It also happened to a family member who died of respiratory problem and it could be genetic related.
Avatar f tn Another more obscure idea is that somehow this has become some sort of conditioned response from him. He expects it to happen, so it does. I remeber once I got nauseus from a horrible lunch before inside a library. For years after I couldn't enter any public library without feeling sick. I'm fine now. If it isn't an allergy but a learnt response, maybe just being aware of this might change things. But I am not an expert, just thought your problem was interesting!
Avatar f tn Everytime I sneeze i get a sharp pain in my pelvic area.. only 13 and 4. Any ideas what this could be?

7282682 tn?1397237735 I like the sneezing but the peeing and pooping because of force of sneeze gets me. Talk about stares when in public. I've had people in front of me duck.
Avatar m tn I, myself suffer (no matter where I am) to a bit of a sneeze fest (5-6 when I usually only sneeze once (or almost never) any other time) when ever I cough while eating; ie something goes down the wrong pipe or whatever might cause the cough. I also have post nasal drip (if I don't use an antihistamine) which causes me to cough; it something is too cold, or scratchy; like a grit of some protein powders in a smoothie (yes that sensitive.) Maybe in your case it is sneezing.
Avatar f tn Hello Fergygreen, I was wondering if you have the sneezing sensation but are unable to cmplete the sneeze. I've never owned a cat until last year when I adopted a kitty. She is one year old now and I am suffering what I believe to be some Allery symptoms but I am not able to complete the sneeze. I wonder if the cat has anything to do with it.
Avatar m tn Hi there & Welcome! Sneezing is one of the initial signs of acute withdrawal. (Yawning & watery eyes usually precede sneezing.) When you're on opiates they flood the body with histamines (that's why people scratch when they're high.) When they're withdrawn the body's natural histamine response is shut down & so you sneeze & tear a lot. It's completely normal to experience this in detox & the symptom diminishes over time.
Avatar f tn I'm on day 23 and still sneezing! You get used to it.
Avatar f tn For the past 6 months I have found myself having a choking cough for no reason then after it is over I sneeze. What is going on? Anyone ever experienced this? If so what is it and why does it happen? Any answers will be appreciated.
Avatar n tn I could feel the pressure sensation for some time after that sneeze and had a three sneeze about an hour later with the same sharp pain just to the left center of my breast bone. Feeling the pain sensation just after that sneeze when I breathed deep. The pain went away after some time but a sensation of pressure could still be felt for some time after that when I breathed deep.
Avatar m tn For about 5-6 days I've gotten a few cold symptoms like I never have a clear nose, it is either really stuffy or really runny, I dry-cough a lot but my throat has a lot of phlegm, and I sneeze very often and I'm not sure if this is relevant but two days ago I woke up so weak I could not stand up on my legs without shaking and fearing I'd fall. I have no allergies to any foods, pollens, or dust.

Avatar m tn Hello there. My name is Travis. For a while now, my fiance has been noticing when I sneeze there's a bad odor. I don't know why It stinks, or where it's coming from. Do you have any answers for me?
Avatar n tn For the last three months every time I sneeze It smells like booboo....What does this mean?
Avatar f tn Since that day in the car two years ago, I frequently have headaches. Certainly each time I sneeze or cough, a headache immediately sets in. I visited a Chiropractor each month for 8 months and this did provide small, temporary relief however this didn't fix the problem. I then visited my GP who said it was probably some degradation of nerves/tissues at the top of my spine and that operating was an option however the risks would be much greater than any benefits I may enjoy.
Avatar n tn i think is because of spit when you sneeze. sometimes when you sneeze you accidently spray some out and that goes into the air. after few seconds you'll be able to smell something smelly. I've experienced that when i sneezed in the car and lots of droplets from my sneeze went everywhere inside the car.
