Happened to me the other day when i was laying in bed with my husband. I wasnt expecting it and caught me off guard. Worst pain ive felt in awhile!

It's crazy how I'll sneeze 2-4 times in a row. It's seems to be slowing down a bit as Day 4 approaches (in 30 minutes, I'll start Day 4 - woo hoo!) It's seems like 10 minutes ago that I was working up the nerve to type my first "I'm stopping my pain meds" post.

When i cough or sneeze i get this little pain in the lower abdomen just below my bellybutton. Is this good or bad? Any advice?

All I can relate the start of this pain was when I was putting in a light in our closet and was standing on a three step ladder and leaning against the clost shelf with my right side, I have told this to my doctor and so far he has said it could be amuscle or pinched nerve. Can anyone help?
