When I feel a sneeze coming on (which is often with this head cold), I have to basically hold my sides and pull my knees up to my chest. If I don't, I'm in extreme agony and sometimes end up in tears.
It's crazy how I'll sneeze 2-4 times in a row. It's seems to be slowing down a bit as Day 4 approaches (in 30 minutes, I'll start Day 4 - woo hoo!) It's seems like 10 minutes ago that I was working up the nerve to type my first "I'm stopping my pain meds" post.

I have been interested in the coast guard for quite some time and was worried about a past health condition. I was diagnosed with an anxiety problem(he never said the word disorder), by my physician after 1 year and a half and was placed on Zoloft and trazadone for sleep. I was only on Zoloft for two months and decided to go completely off meds since. I want to join the coast guard but was worried that my panic attacks would stand in my way.
This is a little off-topic but I thought all the moms here might have some good advice. I am expecting my 1st in Sept and just went looking at cribs for the first time. It seems like fixed-side cribs are the only option now that drop-side cribs have been banned. I have a bad back and am really worried about how I will be able to get my child in and out of a fixed-side crib, especially once they are 1-2 yrs old, heavy, and the mattress will need to be adjusted to the lowest setting.
I think a good walking shoe is probably best, but I find different styles (not brands) seem to more comfortable than others. I do like Avia because I need a wider "deeper" sneak to wear orthotics for support. I suggest trying on many brands and styles--it's well worth the time. Yes, what SassyLassie said. This is what I get, as migraines are the culprit. The doctor told me that it's also a form of neuralgia. Make sure to keep all your hair styles loose, so you're not using hair styles that pull on that part of the scalp, as that will only aggravate the problem.

We found something that got rid of the rash for my daughter; using a prescription ointment called Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment 0.1% twice a day on the rash got rid of it in about a week. At the same time we bought Nike chin guard sleeves at ****'s and use them all the time so the sweaty chin guard isn't directly touching the skin. The rash never came back after this.
