When I feel a sneeze coming on (which is often with this head cold), I have to basically hold my sides and pull my knees up to my chest. If I don't, I'm in extreme agony and sometimes end up in tears.

It's crazy how I'll sneeze 2-4 times in a row. It's seems to be slowing down a bit as Day 4 approaches (in 30 minutes, I'll start Day 4 - woo hoo!) It's seems like 10 minutes ago that I was working up the nerve to type my first "I'm stopping my pain meds" post.

When i cough or sneeze i get this little pain in the lower abdomen just below my bellybutton. Is this good or bad? Any advice?

I have held sneezes most of my life. After this sneeze I noticed a severe pain in my throat. I feel it all the time, eating, drinking, swallowing...but when I sneeze it hurts like heck! When I have to blow my nose and air is forced into that area it really hurts! If I have several sneezes in a row it hurts for a long time after. If I go for a few days with no sneezing or coughing, or blowing my nose then it subsides a little...but it comes back.

I used to sneeze , I have always had allergies, although I have to say they have gotten a lot better without taking medication... now I don't even have the urge to sneeze, but I do have a runny nose a lot of the time. I like the sneezing but the peeing and pooping because of force of sneeze gets me. Talk about stares when in public. I've had people in front of me duck.

So my boyfriend is talking about joining the national guard but Im scared he won't be around for the birth of our baby. He hasnt been to any doctor appointments because he was working full time.

I have been interested in the coast guard for quite some time and was worried about a past health condition. I was diagnosed with an anxiety problem(he never said the word disorder), by my physician after 1 year and a half and was placed on Zoloft and trazadone for sleep. I was only on Zoloft for two months and decided to go completely off meds since. I want to join the coast guard but was worried that my panic attacks would stand in my way.

More recently he has lost weight and become very lethargic and has even lost appetite in the last few weeks. I put a Harts Ultra Guard Flea and tic collar on him April 11, and his condition has worsen, starting after the new collar was put on him. I took the collar off yesterday, and he is eating a little again. My question is based on my suspicion that he may be suffering from an allergy to something in the collar.

I will be 29 in a few months, I have also suffered from frequent and urgent urination for several years, and cannot even jump rope or have a forceful sneeze without trouble. Have you had any children? Sometmes giving birth can really change your bladder control. Also, my doctor suggested doing kegal exercises on a daily basis. I have heard of the bleeding but not your situation. Are u in a good position in ur life to have a Doc take a look? I know that your body is in rebellion & working hard to heal itself. Your nerves, very important that you take care of yourself. Damages most likely have occurred during all the time u spent "up".
