Since that day in the car two years ago, I frequently have headaches. Certainly each time I sneeze or cough, a headache immediately sets in. I visited a Chiropractor each month for 8 months and this did provide small, temporary relief however this didn't fix the problem. I then visited my GP who said it was probably some degradation of nerves/tissues at the top of my spine and that operating was an option however the risks would be much greater than any benefits I may enjoy.

ve experienced what is the begining of a sneeze ( itching in my nasal passages) but it does not develop into a sneeze, I only get a little drainage before my nose becomes dry again. A week ago, I was ready to sneeze but the sneeze did not come out of my nose but trhough my mouth as if I was exhaling. I have headaches on and off in front of my head. My doctor did not see an infection and prescribed flonese. any suggestions?

Does your pain last more than the time of the sneeze? Do you tend to bend your neck and head forward and down during the sneeze?

Hi, I was recently diagnosed with CM about 2 weeks ago, but now that I have been researching CM I have been suffering from this for years. My symptoms have been diagnosed as migraine, anxiety related, stress, and depression. I knew something was wrong with my brain. I describe my headaches to be so painful where my brain felt swollen or about to burst.

2 times I start to sneeze and then I get severely chocked liked someone has their hands around my throat. Any one else experienced this strange symptom?

It affects the right side of my throat, tongue and my speech. Slurred speech is the residual affect. This is always preceded by a sneeze. They last about 20 minutes. Blood tests, CT scans, and mri/mra showed no signs of a stroke. Experts said these episodes could have been mini strokes. The neurologists said they could have been seizures. Every time I sneeze I'm so afraid that it will happen again. Does any one have any idea of what is causing this problem?

I see a lot of people attributing the reactions people are experiencing from us is from a medical standpoint, like odor and bacteria. But has anyone here not thought about the possibility that people do 'fake' coughing and sneezing as a way to try to tell you or people around them something? Like, a form of non-verbal judgement? I always get the implication or vibe that people cough or sneeze to judge me.

Hi, welcome to the forum, sweating is known to cause allergic manifestations in certain individuals and can worsened with concomitant Atopic dermatitis or Contact dermatitis. Usually allergens are small molecules which can penetrate the layers of the skin and sweating is known to enhance this action. Topical lotions such as calamine decreases pain and pruritus. Systemic antihistamines (antipruritics) such as hydroxyzine or cetirizine against prescription may be helpful.

When I sneeze, I start sneezing 12 time with 30 seconds intervals between each sneeze. Does anyone elase have this and is there a remedy?

I, myself suffer (no matter where I am) to a bit of a sneeze fest (5-6 when I usually only sneeze once (or almost never) any other time) when ever I cough while eating; ie something goes down the wrong pipe or whatever might cause the cough. I also have post nasal drip (if I don't use an antihistamine) which causes me to cough; it something is too cold, or scratchy; like a grit of some protein powders in a smoothie (yes that sensitive.) Maybe in your case it is sneezing.

i always sneeze when i wd too.... i got some hydrating nasal spray seems to help a little... i hate it i have sneezing fits like crazyyyyyyy.... mine went away last time about the 3rd weekish... hang in there im on day 3 too... today and tomorrow will be rough but we can make it! hang on!

Every once in awhile (maybe a total of 7 days--not consecutively--in a month), I will have a day where I just can NOT stop sneezing. I'll sneeze a minimum of 75 times on one of those days, and sometimes more. It seems like it's allergies, but as far as I'm aware, I'm not allergic to anything. i think is because of spit when you sneeze. sometimes when you sneeze you accidently spray some out and that goes into the air. after few seconds you'll be able to smell something smelly. I've experienced that when i sneezed in the car and lots of droplets from my sneeze went everywhere inside the car.
