So I am just getting over a cold, and the last few days when I cough and or sneeze, I sometimes pee alittle. I do remember doing this this my son but I was to the end of my pregnancy. My Hb has been making fun of the subject since I told him, he just thinks its SO Funny at it happens and that you cant hold it in. And when it does happen I run to the bathroom and he's like didnt you just go (meaning in your pants). He thinks he's funny.

I think I sneezed all day for a month.

Sneezing is like clockwork for me. Hits about day 1 and 1/2 and lasts for weeks sometimes! It's all part of the detox and one of the most common symptoms. On another note while ON pills I NEVER sneeze, not even once. I have gone over a year without sneezing so much as one single time. Happens every time I pop an opioid, I don't sneeze for the whole day even if I just take one or two pills.

IF you are meaning 'when you feel a yawn coming you are unable to stop your self from yawning' then that is perfectly normal and nothing for you to be concerned about. You should find the confidence to talk to your mum or dad about these types of things so they can help reasure you about all the weirdly normal things you may experience as you are growing up. However as you get further along you may find that you do it automatically to reduce aching. You will also end up probably having to squeeze when you sneeze or cough so as not to pee yourself but that's later on too.

and my entire life every time I sneeze I hold it in because I have a phobia of snot/saliva. but my mom told me here recently that you're not suppose to hold in your sneezes while you're pregnant because it can harm the baby in some way..? is she right or is she insane?
