Avatar m tn But we all know that smoking has its negative effects in the body and the lungs is the part that usually gets affected more when we smoke. Hopefully it doesn't harm yours since you said you're just smoking occasionally. But if you really want to get better, you will never go back to that bad habit of smoking again. You can consider e-cig as a better and healthier alternative to smoking instead.

I am ex smoker considering cigarettes (commercial ones which you inhale in lungs), but I occasionally smoke Cuban cigar which you do not inhale but you just puff into your mouth and out. I cannot find anything for them.

Avatar f tn Since then I have had fairly persistent mild-moderate shortness of breath, off and on chest tightness and occasional mild burning in my lungs, a bit lightheaded and on and off fatigue.
