I heard of so many diets but i feel like am depriving my self I try to eat high protein and some carb and not skipping the 3 meals, I also wanna try the protein
shakes but am afraid of side effects, oh and by the way I generally train from 2 to 3 times a week, Depending on my free time, so what are your advices so I can have toned and feminin body without getting bulky or even lose too much weight and look like a zombie, what's the perfect meal plan for me ?
