Has anyone had any luck on the Slim-Fast diet? I just started it, I need to lose around 30lbs.

Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.

hi has any one done the slim fast diet----(milkshakes) and lost weight.How lond could u go on for? I'm planning to go on it but will do only one shake for dinner and have breakfast and lunch as normal.

Welcome to the community. Try walking at a reasonable pace. Also look into yoga as it's low impact and done at a slow very deliberate pace. Be sure to watch what you eat as well - might also help the e-coli infection.

I had to go onto my own insurance since I'm 20 evem though I was still on my dads insurance for Kaiser. I got Medical & ended up with Cal Optima. So all I got to say is make SURE that you send all the paper work in as soon as you get it & make sure your dr knows of the change and they verify it ! Just yesterday I had a follow up for my anatomy scan but couldn't be done because apparently I forgot to ask my dr to verify me.

I kept at it but nothing was happening. You need to eat more then once a day. I start the day with a slim fast. Small lunch and good dinner before 10. You just need to come up with a schedule and keep eating at the same time during the day. I hope that helps a little.

Just wanted to add that I, and a friend of mine, too, upon first trying Slim Fast thought there was magic in the shake, and thought we could eat whatever we wanted and take the shake and it would somehow do the work for you. Heh, well I learned you can't do a meal and a shake and that the secret is that it is about 200 calories per can, and it fills you up with protein, vitamins and minerals, so you don't get hungry.

Slim Fast was getting difficult to stay on track. I found myself cheating on the diet. My friend told me about the protien shake that Dr. Oz uses. There are a few recipes on his website. Right now I am using the Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie. It tastes awesome and it actually keeps me full for over 6 hours. I have zero cravings for food and sweets. I've cut back my dinner portion.

We bought a contours optima tandem stroller and is amazing so far my second soon comes in December but I have tried it out and it manuevers very well! Love it I also love how you can change the seats on it!

It wasn't satirical; it simply meant nobody on an internet forum can tell you whether or not you had sex. I don't know if your issue is anxiety or OCD, or if you're in denial and don't want to acknowledge something that happened, if you were under the influence of something and can't remember, or what. I totally agree that it'd be really neat if they offered different sizes of the balance board. It's kinda tough to accommodate children and adults of all sizes with one standard piece of equipment. But I second the above: Don't get discouraged! You've come a long way and will make that mark soon. In the meantime, you should be able to play games that don't use the balance board. Have you played any Wii sports? Those came with the console back when I got my Wii.

Seen some one post in substance abuse about being prego and on pain meds that you could message,, you may notice lil to no pain when your pregot too. There is a page on FB that is for fibro mommies, they are super helpful and some of them noticed no pain to lil..

First off, there is no healthy way to drop pounds fast. When you lose weight, you want to do it slowly in order to keep the pounds off and have the weight loss last. Second, according to your weight tracker status on your profile, you are already in a healthy weight range, so why are you trying to lose more weight? It's not healthy to go below a certain weight and your body needs many nutrients, especially as a growing teen.

No, I don't think it will affect kidney stones, but.. Slim fast has horrible ingredients, and I would not feed it to my dog. From their website, they list Hydrogenated soybean oil, High Fructose Corn syrup, etc. Soybean oil will make you fat, and so will high fructose corn syrup.Suffice to say, stay away from Slim Fast! Eat whole foods instead. At best, these drinks may cause rapid weight loss, but they are not healthy and usually the weight comes back later.

so to me it would seem that you had already missed ovulation and your chances of pregnancy would be slim especially if your taking the emergency contraceptive. Hope this helps.
