There are a few recipes on his website. Right now I am using the Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie. It tastes awesome and it actually keeps me full for over 6 hours. I have zero cravings for food and sweets. I've cut back my dinner portion.
554174 tn?1284031102 I try to aim for 6 smaller meals during the day. Biggest meal I can eat is dinner since Im still sort of queasy during the day. I eat oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, a light lunch (usually pasta) more fruit or dairy for a snack, dinner then a small meal before bed.

Then oatmeal midday with flax seed oil and my biggest real meal of the day with the 2pm victrelis . Something like fish rice and broccoli. Or small steak, baked potatoe and peas. Thank goodness I don't have to do 60 grams of fat a day.

It's the feeling of a gurgling stomach and intense, sickening gnawing hunger pain underneath the gurgling. It makes me immediately start sweating, I get hot and feel that I'll be sick (faint, throw up, etc.) if I don't eat immediately. Avatar f tn Great choices for post workout is a combination of protein and whole grain carbohydrates. I usually go for a protein shake with a little oatmeal, or 4 ounces of chicken with some quinoa. Some people choose a simple protein bar, but be careful of excessive sugars and fats. Quest bars are usually the best choice since many can pack either a ton of sugar or worse, fake sugars.

Avatar n tn The truth is, everyone eats breakfast, in that it literally means the first meal you eat following sleep, hence the name meaning breaking the fast. Some eat it soon after rising, and some eat it later in the day, so the real question is when you eat breakfast, not if, and so it's more a question of do you eat lunch and the traditional 3 square meals a day.
Avatar f tn My nutritionist put me on a plan of 45g carbs per meal, breakfast lunch and dinner, and three snacks per day at about 15-20g carbs in each snack. High protein to give you energy and all the veggies you want, to fill you up. I eat lots of green salads with lean meat (baked chicken, usually).

Avatar m tn meal 1 protein shake with skim milk. meal 2 2 cups plain oatmeal a few egg whites and banana. meal 3 1 packet of albacore tuna with 2 cups of brown rice (mix in salsa or hot sauce.) meal 4 protein bar (i like met rx but there are many good ones.) meal 5 6-8 ounces of chicken and some greens. meal 6 protein shake with skin milk. I have also at times drank 6 protein shakes a day to get cut more and just eaten some fruit with each to supplement my diet . Try muscle milk.
