ll wake me from a dead sleep cause it hurts so bad. Throws my breath out and everything...does anyone have any ideas what this might be?

I'm a first time mommy too! I just learned it's normal because during an ultrasound my baby boy was moving in all kinds of crazy positions and changing it up the whole time!

I had my second cataract surgery at the end of Jan. 2011 and was given Soothe XP to use (I have very dry eyes). Looking at the bottle now--couldn't see to read it then--I see that it expires 3/10. I like this drop a LOT. Searching the web, I see that Soothe XP was recalled for all bottles dated 2/11 through 8/12. My questions: 1) Can I still use my bottle labelled 3/10? 2) if not, can you suggest an alternative for very dry eyes with lens replacements?

Lol! I just started tinkering with Win7 so can't really compare that! I am choosing XP because I am most familar with it. I have Vista on 2 machines, and am slowly getting better with getting around it, but I think from what I have seen that win7 will be better....still have to see what "bugs" come out!!!!

i was like that until she came along and now 14 weeks with only 3 hours sleep a night i wouldnt of minded waiting a few more weeks! haha enjoy the quiet ladies!

Sounds like you might have sleep apnea. I would see you doctor to set up a sleep study. There are a lot of treatments for it. Don't wait around, although rare, sleep apnea can be fatal as you age of put on weight. Call your doctor an keep us posted!

What browser do you use - Firefox, Chrome, IE, etc? What OS are you running - Windows 7, XP, etc., or are you on a Mac?

I couldn't guess what's going on that has him so scared, but your own reaction to the shaking is very important. If you wake up and find him terrified, do you treat him as you would a human child by giving lots and lots of affection? If so, you are reinforcing the behavior and the problem will get nothing but worse. That is not a time to give affection - as much as I know you want to! Try to adopt a matter-of-fact demeanor and get him settled back down.

Im 24 weeks as well and barely showing xP everybodys like omg ur gonna have a 4 lbs baby watch shell be soo small -__- watch me have like an 8lb one lol everybody carries differently it doesnt mean ur baby is underdeveloped or anything :)

ll admit, there are visual aspects of Vista I like better than XP, and in some ways they made some of the things a bit more clever than with XP. But it is a recent alpha/beta release, so it's got some issues. My BIGGEST problem is auto update. I've had nightmares come up from auto-update, so I shut it down. Those updates tend to be VERY glitchy (I'm gonig through one right now. Been three days trying to figure out which update I allowed caused the problem.

The test showed that my heart lining has thickened due to undiagnosed high BP (the doc thinks I have sleep apnea which is causing a rise in bp at night, without my knowing). The doc put me on Toprol 25mg...could NOT breath. He has now changed me to Cartia XP 240mg...I can now breath fine, but my heart beats seems very, very hard, not fast (85 bpm), just very hard. When I try to lie down, they keep me awake, they are so hard. Is this normal with this medication??

I'm actually so scared of having my little girl before 39 weeks, I'd probably be in a panic if I went into labor at 37 weeks, even though I know she'd be healthy and fine, it scares me! I'd rather suffer and have a healthy, happy baby. Enjoy the sleep, definitely!!!

00am this morning, I have cycles where I sleep ok but then I go for weeks where I cant sleep even with sleeping meds. I know if I stay in bed I will go crazy so I listen to soft music and try to do something to occupy my mind. I find that when I don’t sleep the symptoms are much worse and wonder if it is caused by not sleeping or if the worsening symptoms are the reason I cant sleep.

Sleep paralysis is which occurs when you may go to sleep or may tend to wake up from sleep. It is a temporary phenomenon where in you are incapable of moving your body or even part of it physically but keep trying to shout loudly or seek someone’s help. It may be lasting for a few seconds to minutes. There may not be any physical injury to body but you will be probably frightened with sweating and increased heart beat, one may feel a shortness of breath or air hunger.

As far as the bed is concerned you have to teach the puppy the off command, you do this by throwing a treat on the floor when the dog is on the bed and saying off. You have to make the floor more exciting than the bed. Your dog can not sleep in the bed if you train them to stay off so I recommend a dog bed close by or a crate for night.
