Going on a tour of the prenatal section of the hospital. Going to see what the room looks like and nursery. Excited. Anyone else do this? Im 32 weeks so i figured it would be nice to know where im going and let my mom and boyfriend see where everything is at as well.

Anytime now is a good time for the tour ! I am on my 3rd and Did a tour at 33 weeks. My hospital wants you to pre register by 30 weeks.

We're doing our hospital tour today.. Ftm and I've already got a list of questions going, but what are some things i should definitely make sure to ask?

It did not go well at all. First off the tour person completely forgot about us. Our tour was supposed to start at 1 and we got there about 12:40-12:45 and patiently waited. 1:15 the receptionist called around and was told the tour person would be right down. 1:30 she starts making calls again. 1:45 a random OB nurse offered to show us around. She didn't know what she was supposed to show us but showed us the rooms labor and delivery and recovery.

Is 21wks too early to schedule a tour of the maternity ward? I'll be going to a different hospital with this baby than I did with my other three and hubby and I thought it would be a good idea to take a tour. They have an open tour on the 7th of dec but I'll only be 21wks. Is that too early? Should we wait another month or two?

i guess they give some kinna food nd give yu a tour nd yu could ask questions... nd it said its an hour ina half...

( I am going back for a rescan next week so I will do my tour at 24wks.

How did you ladies deal with the wait once you got to the end? And also, do they let you wear and sleep in what you want in the hospital? What was your visit like? FTM!

This is my second baby but I'm delivering at a different hospital than my first so I will be doing a tour. Ours is set for the end of this month.

I'm six months pregnant and we got the nursery all ready so that our cat could get used to the change. The problem we're having is she likes to sleep in it. We've tried spraying her witg water every time we catch her in there but that hadn't helped any. Does any one have any advice, I don't want to have to get rid of her when the baby comes.

My hubby and I went for a labor & delivery hospital tour and while we were in the waiting room, a young guy and pregnant girl walked in. This guy could not stop himself from cussing her out because she's wasting HIS time, gas money and he had to rush to get there only to be early (tour was about to start in 10 minutes). She was embarrassed because he was saying all these things in front of us so she asked him is they should just leave then...

We have our Lamaze Class this weekend and thats when they give us the tour! It will be our first tour ever too seeing as we just moved here 2 months ago. I'm really excited to see the facilities and see what the rooms look like! We need to become familiar with it all, but I can't wait!

s making it very hard to sleep. I have tums and take one whenever I feel it, but it relieves for maybe 15ish minutes and then the heartburn is back. What should I do? Thank you so much ladies!!

m not getting enough sleep (which I am). I am 23weeks and I was wondering if I could be malnourished or its something else.

Do they offer you a hospital tour when you pre register?? Or you have to ask for it? Im going today to pre register as im already gonna be 38 weeks do i need to bring anything other than my identifiction card and medicaid?

At the hospital I'm giving birth at you have to be in your third trimester to tour the birthing center due to the high volume of mothers touring. I was 37 weeks when I went but, I was the further along than all the other mothers.

While your staying in the hospital, where does hubby sleep if he stays there with you? Also, I need a list of only necessary items to pack for me, baby & hubby!

I had a hospital tour with my first son with my lamaze class. It was very helpful for me to know were to go when that BIG day comes so you don't end up on the wrong floor looking for the labor and delivery floor lol. I really enjoyed getting to view what my surroundings were going to be like it put my mind at ease. Since my son's birth which was April of 2007 they rebuilt the entire hospital so I will be doing a hospital tour with this pregnancy as well just so I know what I can expect.

He told me that someone pulled out of tour and he could have been the replacement but they picked someone else (likely it will change because she doesnt know the simplest things like what ammunition her weapon fires. Seems thats a very simple yet important thing to know) He said that now its him or 2 other guys. I had no clue there was this few people on standby. Im a little more hesitant about being off birth control since he might not be able to be home for the birth of our first child.

Had the tour today. It was very useful. I cried of course when they took us pass the nursery and I seen those little babies it was all so surreal for me. Being a ftm I was just like my gosh that's going to be me very soon. By the way it is the year for boys every room we walked passed had its a boy stork on it lol that just means my little girl will be even more special yay us.

The last thing I want is a tour of someone's home. Plus, you would never find me giving a tour. I am much too private a person. They are invited to visit me in the guest areas of my home. To expect anything more is just plain rude.
