sleep

Avatar f tn re tummy by habit during sleep. You can feel your baby around 17 to 20 weeks but it will just feel weird no kicking our anything just yet.
Avatar m tn He/she may need to order a sleep study. Although you say you get 8 hours of sleep a night, it may not be a fitfull sleep. Your doctor is the best judge of that.
3138931 tn?1350940318 My baby is a little dancer herself lol...I swear yesterday this girl only took a 30minute nap was was up all night long!! And its the same pattern today....plus I've been super tired!! All I want to do is sleep...sleep..sleep....but my legs and feet hurt so bad I hate to Get up.....I have no idea why babies are so active lol...
Avatar n tn I get nausea and mental confusion too. My pulse has been doing strange things such as racing to 160 in my sleep and making me wake up choking for air...I so easily get tachycadic in my sleep and feel like im choking or dying (i had on a 30 day monitor).
Avatar f tn I will see the sleep study doctor on Wednesday but I am learning about this so I can show up armed with questions. Will the doctor see something the sleep tech missed? Average SpO2 was 92% Min SpO2 was 85% 0.2 min When I had the pulse ox recorder at home I spent 22% of the night below 88%. But the sleep tech discount that because he said it probably shifted on my finger. Also I hit 69% oxygen with my heart rate at 140 bpm and he discounted that too.
Avatar f tn I'm 18.5 weeks and when I first found out I was pregnant I started trying to sleep on my left side (I'm a back sleeper) to get use to it. Well, I always end up on my back or my shoulder or arm falls asleep - its so uncomfortable. So now I have to sleep almost sitting up because from what I've read they say not to sleep on your back. I sleep with about 5 pillows behind me to prop me up - almost like I'm sleeping in a recliner.
Avatar f tn I'm a ftm and I'm almost 16 weeks I have a bad habit of sleeping on my back! I've heard that wasn't the best way to sleep due to the fact it cuts of blood flow to the baby? I need advice from more experienced mommies.. Is it ok? Am I harming my baby?
Avatar f tn I am a ftm and I am trying to see what I can do. My baby refuse to sleep in her basinet any way to get her to sleep in it. She Cry's the entire time if you put her in it. Any suggestions????
Avatar f tn I am sorry I dont know if I need anxiety medication I cannot sleep, sometimes I get leg jerks in my sleep and I think the thing on my spine is growing so I wake up with anxiety and go to sleep with anxiety. I really appreciate everyone listening to me, Thank you.
Avatar m tn No one can tell you much more until you are evaluated at a sleep center since what you are describing is very uncommon. Dr.
Avatar f tn s still the sleep study (!) and some supplements that could potentially help. I’d go for the sleep study even if you don’t think you could tolerate CPAP. It could rule out a sleep disorder as the cause of LOTS of problems. You could even surprise yourself and decide it is worth wearing the thing for the benefit of being awake for the rest of your life :) Good luck.
Avatar f tn 00am here and I am wide awake because I cn not get comfortable.
Avatar f tn Im 21 weeks and still lean on my front and I've been told baby is doing fine
2047346 tn?1330159674 Hi! I'm new to this...and would like to see if anyone can shed a little light on what I should expect for my next visit with an Endocronologist. I'm 29 and have 2 kids. 2 1/2 years ago I gave birth to my youngest son and within 3 weeks I lost 75 pounds. My body hurt due to the weight loss but I was so excited to loose the weight so quickly that I never thought something was wrong. It wasn't until recently I started noticing rapid weight gain.
443968 tn?1288612689 With Cash though he IS learning to fight sleep though. When we start rocking if he starts to slip off to sleep he will pop his head up and play with my hair or try to roll over in my arms or push off with his feet or arms. It's like as soon as he realizes he's going to sleep he thinks "Oh no - I don't wanna do that I better get up!" I don't know what to do - just keep on keeping on I guess.
795082 tn?1361901918 great questions! My baby starts moving as soon as I'm ready to go to sleep. I lay down on my left side and she starts kicking the pillow I but under my belly. Sometimes I wake up on my back which I hear it isn't that good. I guess they're just getting us ready for a lot of sleepless nights already. My sweet little Who will kick around 9ish-10pm, then at 3-4am, then at 6-7am. She has her nights and days mixed up already.
Avatar f tn I love coming here to chat, I love getting the advice n support. This site is amazing. A few more random questions: 1.as u all know I got real bad rls, I'm now at 60hrs n the pain moved from my legs (quads) to calves. Is this normal?? Pain moving down, maybe mean pain almost gone? Lol, worth asking 2. I read on here that within the first week u get ur sexual appetite back? Is this true? (I can't even remember what that's like!!) 3.
Avatar n tn Also, I sometimes take Xanax (1 mg) at night to help me sleep as I wake often. Not only do I sleep better when I take it, but usually have a good day the next day with reduced symptoms. Could Xanax somehow help if there is a pituitary tumor?
Avatar f tn On baby number 4 and i sleep however i feel comfortable, constantly switching from right to left to back lol but mostly comfortable on my right side..
