2062192 tn?1333714423 Iv got one of the pregnancy pillows but it dosnt seem to be helping at the moment. I cant sleep on my back (my body has never let me sleep on my back for as long as I can remember), and the only position I see to get comfy on is on my tummy but coked up slightly on my right side with my knee helping to prop my side up a little but I move a lot in my sleep and every time I change positions I wake up feeling a bit sick and get a slight pain in my abdomen.
Avatar f tn I sleep with 8 pillows. And some to elevate my back. I can't sleep on my sides anymore... 40w now.
1450627 tn?1296616593 I am not having any problems getting to sleep its just waking up a hundred times that gets to me. I sleep with a body pillow and every time that I roll over (which is very frequently) I have to readjust so its just as comfy as the other side. Plus, I am getting up 2-3 times a night to pee. Sometimes I try and hold it because im too tired to get out of bed but when I do that I cant fall back asleep with a full bladder anyways. I agree with the other person who said to try and sleep alone.

1903798 tn?1333905288 s the only thing I could sleep on for a long time, either that or just my arm. I also have to sleep on my side if I am having a rough day, or on the couch that way I can lean back into it and then put a pillow under my head and one between my knees to keep my hips from hurting.
Avatar f tn I am 30 weeks ftm, and have been hard time sleeping during the night. Its been happening since the past 2 weeks. I go to bed at 10, I am all awake till 2 am or 3 am. Then I sleep for a while then I have to go to the bathroom. I am barely sleeping 5 hrs a day. What do you ladies do to sleep better? I bought body pillow, extra normal pillows but doesn't help whether I sleep on the left or right....
624074 tn?1263873807 Does anyone else have problems with their necks, heads and backs while trying to sleep lying down? I feel like I almost have to sleep sitting up! I'm actually going to go buy a bed rest/back rest pillow to put in my bed so that I can sleep sitting up. I've been having a lot of neck and back pain/burning pressure lately though and I can't sleep lying down. Just wondering if anyone else has this same problem.

Avatar m tn There are fluffy fine down pillows, duck down pillows, and European white goose down pillows to name just a few. With a down pillow you can choose the fabric and down you want in the pillow that can be perfect for your sleeping needs as, well as want you want the down pillow to look and feel like. There are body down pillows and bed down pillows. Pretty much any type of pillow can be a down pillow as they are one of the more popular types of pillow.
