Iv got one of the pregnancy pillows but it dosnt seem to be helping at the moment. I cant

for as long as I can remember), and the only position I see to get comfy on is on my tummy but coked up slightly on my right side with my knee helping to prop my side up a little but I move a lot in my sleep and every time I change positions I wake up feeling a bit sick and get a slight pain in my abdomen.
