Has anyone seen the video on youtube called Hepatitis c From A to Z? It's kind of long but seems to have some good info. But since I'm new to this thought I'd check here to get your opinion.
When I was about three or four (17 now, going on 18), I watched a Golden Book Video and for the next two to three months I'm positive I had visual and auditory hallucinations of what I saw in the video. I'm just thinking about this now because I was talking about me as a kid with my parents. Lol, I was a funny kid.

It sounds like it could be sleep paralysis to me. I do that all the time. I thought it was "night terrors." I'm fully aware of everything around me, can hear and everything but can't scream out, can't move, nothing. I learned it was common with narcolepsy. it definitely sounds like sleep paralysis i've had this for years....don't worry there is help and you will start to control it but you have to know what to do....no, you do NOT need Doctors and no you do NOT need any meds...and no you are NOT crazy...there are many people who experience this just like you.
I have not experienced it but I understand that the human body goes into a paralysis when the mind goes to sleep. This protects us from the body reacting to something happening in a dream. I further understand some of us can wake up while still inn the paralyzed state. This should pass quickly to the fully conscious sate and control of our body.
If you are having problems with nightmares the approach I used at an age younger than you are now is I trained myself to wake up.

I just found a video on youtube that was posted by a woman talking about her GM. I think she may be a member of this user group because she mentions half way through the video that she found a discussion group on the web that has about 65 members. The video is very moving!

I know you can search for Trigeminal Neuralgia on YouTube and her video is in the listing. Try searching with her real name, which I've forgotten and there's a video explaining the book...actually I think I found initally by googling the book title and the youTube was a result.
Can't think . Just returned from ER with DH AGAIN for chest pain. I can't do much on 4 hours sleep during a relapse.
Found this on youtube looking for something else. I thought it was interesting that this guy posted this about his addiction. I think this is a very good way to warn others and possibly help others. He has a few more updated videos too. Just click on his name and you see all his videos.

I had some problems with viewing the entire video but that could just be me.
Unfortunately, there is no practical way to decipher between normal REM sleep and sleep paralysis. This is because in normal REM sleep you experience the same paralysis as in sleep paralysis; the only difference is your level of consciousness at the time. So there's no way to develop a sensor that an app could use to address this issue.

also , ive gotten 8 hours of sleep in the past two days , not including the 30 minutes that i just had , and not many hours throughout the week all together but i often go without much sleep sometimes staying up doing homework or playing video games . and my baby brother is a good kid , hes very funny and energetic , my life would be so boring without him so why am i having such bad dreams about him ?? thanks so much !!
