Avatar n tn this is my 2nd night without mersyndol...cant sleep and havent gotten a chance to download any speaking files (idea a la mike) got a slight headache but hoping to get sleepy soon n wake up ok...work early tomorrow morning.

Avatar f tn It hurt so bad to turn and to actually get out of the bed. Sleep and I have a love hate relationship right now! Not sure why it hurt so bad. This is baby number 4 for me and it seem like each pregnancy worsened.

9535135 tn?1512335891 Well I have a one year old and a two year old July 2012 & 2013 and I'm due in Feb with another this will be our last tho it's a busy life I love it and wouldn't change ppl say I'm crazy but I wanted my kids close together and they r always playing together and they even share a room and won't go to sleep unless the other one is in there so we ended up with extra bedrooms

These are cheaper then all of the natural ones I had ordered for yrs and they work fine. They have a immune system one, to a electrolyte one. The electrolyte one has all those minerals that should help your issues here. Pick up that Protien powder and the Amino acids all the L-s compounded in one.
Avatar n tn I forget the number, but a high percentage of patients with heart failure have sleep disordered breathing. If you have sleep apnea and have been physician-ordered to use CPAP, then you really need to do so.
Avatar f tn Thrice...did you get a copy of your sleep study? Your sleep study will tell you how many obstructive apneas, central apneas, hypopneas, and RERA's (respiratory effort related arousals). I have almost all RERA's and 7 Hypopneas and am technically "UARS - Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome." If you have the report, that can help a lot in determining which.
Avatar f tn My hips hurt SO bad it's making sleep even more difficult than it already is. My pillows don't seem to be helping anymore, the weather has been crappy here lately too so old injuries are acting up on top of it. 6 year contract and a deployment will do a number on your body and everything hits you at once when you're pregnant.
Avatar f tn There are over the counter sleep aides that may work well for you. You can try passionflower tea, it is a natural tranquilizer. Other natural herbs that are good for sleep: camomile, scullcap, and valerian root. Valerian root is particularly good, you can find this in pill form at natural health or vitamin shops. I wouldn't recommend taking nyquil because it contains pain killers like acetominephin and NSAIDS that are not healthy to take on a regular basis.
Avatar n tn I've never had a problem sleeping lol I love sleep. But I'm going through alot of stress right now. My family is not exactly happy about me having baby number 4. But me an my other kids r super excited. Is all this stress bad for me an baby? Just asking cuz in all honesty I really don't care what my family thinks. My family has never much liked me anyhow.
Avatar f tn So im officially 19weeks today a ftm and it just gets harder n harder to sleep its 3.20am East African time n ive bin up for one hour now... why is it so hard.. totally failed to get a comfy position.. I feel bloated n hungry at the same time... like seriously what the heck... any mommies with advise its seriously needed seeing as I have to be up in the next 3 hours for work!!!

The sceam is very very loud.She does not realise it quite a number of times.No bad dreams or anything.she does not remember. she has a good sleep she says.she is having cerebral ataxia. is it because of this that she screams, and also there is continuous leg movement after every minute.either she moves her foot or hand or anything...but continuously after every minute there is a movement. this does not happen in the afternoon...

1388874 tn?1279780177 You betcha. If you want a definitive answer, then consult your doctor and ask for a sleep study to be done. While sleep apnea is treatable, going untreated isn't a good plan. It is linked with a number of diseases (including heart disease), depression and other symptoms. I know from experience. Of course he might not have sleep apnea, but I think it is worth checking out. A sleep study is completely painless.
Avatar f tn Best way to slowly take yourself off of anything is to reduce the amount by 10-20% .........depending upon what it is. Most of those things can do a rapid number on your liver in particular - - - but they also hit the cardiac and CNS areas quite hard..... You are doing the right thing = trying to stop taking them. All parts of your body are affected.
755087 tn?1250925397 Im 13 and im a boy.I can never sleep at all never.i will either get a migrane or i will get hungry and my stomach hurts and when i go to get a snack or something ill get yelled at.im underweight for my age and get migranes 3 to 4 times a week.i have very very short term memory i cant remember i thing from the day before or anything.All the time when i fall asleep i will wake up 30 mins to an hour later with my legs twitching and sometimes my whole body.i may be underweight but i eat a lot.

I stopped needed to post questions here for help with my mind, the first 8 days were hell ! But I'm going to continue to post each day for the people who are still struggling with the awful WD 's , there is a light at the end of the tunnel !
Avatar m tn Definitely talk to your doctor about it! I see giant robotic bugs sometimes but it wasn't always at night, but that's because i have bipolar disorder and they say I was hallucinating. I am sure there are many reasons you could be experiencing this, so definitely see a doctor.

However, most people need at least 7-8 cm h2o to be able to breathe without feeling like they are suffocating. The number of the pressure prescription doesn't have anything to do with the severity of your sleep apnea.
