Hi, I made day 4 however didn't go to work so that made it easier. I listened to that song on the way to GNC to get supplements from Thomas recipe and it sounded so appropriate. I finally found the health pages that were right in front of my eyes and read PAWS and Thomas Recipe which I've been hearing so much about. Went to GNC and hope I'll get help with sleep and energy. So, he did go on anit depressants and he takes just a simply sleep by tylenol at night and sleeps really pretty good now. So, that is all i know. I am sorry you are going through this lack of sleep thing. I too have problems with it and do take a sleeper. Best wishes.

Hello everone, how are yall? I'm ok, I guess. It is so nice to know of others who are going through the pain that i'm goig through. Everyday, when I get up (after about only maybe 4-5 hours of sleep on average) I can't walk straight due to back pain. I have a 14 month old little boy and I can't pick him up until i've been up and trying to move for about 30-45 mins. My neck hurts everyday, and I usually end up with a mild migrane @ least 5 days a week.
