m 74 and my problem is although I can go to see sleep in seconds I wake after 2-3 hours and remain awake for 2-3 hours then cat nap until I get up. During the day I am like a zombie and could fall asleep at the drop of a hat and it seems to be getting worse. I have just finished the third course of anti-depressant pills and the last one was Trazodone. Initially I thought it was helping but it lost its effect after a couple of weeks.
its like i can never get enuff sleep. i even sleep in school! ( matter fact im in school right now and i just woke up) its pathetic. so ive been tryin out stuff 2 give me energy. like maybe a cup of coffee, or lattes, frappachinos, soda, stuff like that. ive been wanting to get a red bull or something. does anyone kno if energy drinks can b bad 4 the baby? and does anyone have suggestions for safer ways to gain energy?
Recently I went through about 9 days of toothache pain on my lower left molar area. The pain would spike, usually when I laid down for sleep. I finally went to the dentist and he did an xray but it did not show an abcess/infection. He performed a sensitivity test by using ice. (Previously, about 4 months ago that molar tooth was sensitive to cold and specialist recommended a root canal.
Today I went to the hospital for cvs test , and through altar sound they found that my baby who has high risk of down sendram and 13 weeks is without heart beat . I am scheduled for dnc on Monday . Has any one made dnc ??
And yes its best u find that spider and kill it cause any bites on u from that spider can cause issues for the baby.

This is my 1st post , I have Chiari Malformation type 1 and cervical syringmyelia. I am due to have surgery on 21st March and am scared to death!!, I am finding that when I wake in the morning now that my arms are "dead" and heavy, when I move my finger the feeling returns, I also have a cape like ache across the base of my neck and shoulders, I am also loosing my grip on occassions, is this normal? , also can anyone tell me what to expect after the surgery?
m in my third trimester with my fourth baby so I know it comes with the territory but it annoys me when non pregnant people just act like I'm lazy this time of day. I seriously can barely stay awake. By 2pm I'm counting down the minutes until my older two get home from school at 3:40pm so they can watch the two year old and I can catch a quick nap lol. My older two are 13 and 10 by the way so no one thinks I'm making a six yr old watch a toddler lol.
I know the feeling... I feel like I have to fight myself to sleep. It's like I'm not tired and my body wants to just keep going. I will wake up to pee but be wide awake !!
Before I started my diet pill (Fastin) I was always so tired & no energy to do anything.. I have severe sleep apnea so dr says thats why. After I started Fastin, I was amazed at how good I felt. Constantly on the go and I wanted to exercise. Felt great all day & now I am right back to feeling the same way as far as being tired and no energy. I don't feel like even doing my walking/running everyday.
You can still sleep on your stomach. I still do and I'm 18 weeks. You atop when it gets uncomfortable for you. Your back isn't the best to sleep on because it doesn't give the baby much blood circulation. Get a pregnancy pillow.
I'm 38 &5 today, last week after intercourse I felt like something was different ( and I had 8 hrs of contractions after) dr. Said yesterday that I'm almost at 4cm, so like the genius I think I am- I went home and jumped on the other half to do the only thing that has caused contractions and progressed dilation for me. Had them immediately following BD all night, then they were gone all day. out of nowhere, they're back- about 6-9 minutes apart for the last hour.
Lately, I have been...just, I don't know, feeling dead (empty and numb) lately and have been doing well physically and don't know why. Oh well, I enjoyed being numb when it lasted. I am afraid of going back into that place I was a few years ago.. I don't want to be that way ever again, but I know it's unavoidable. For now, though,what can I do to make this empty-numb (in mine own word dead) feeling go away?
I am a mother of a 19year old male who appears to be tortured. I have tried to get him help from my gp and he has been referred to the additions team for alcohol problem. The doctor told him if he gives up the alcohol (drinks friday and saturday nights most weekends)all his problems will go away. I disagree as he is extremely anxious and aggresive and will fly of the handle throughout the day (everyday)for the smallest of things example dropping an ice cube.
These are my symptoms 9 months post exposure random pains, joint pain, white tongue, one cold sore on upper lip( not sure if it really was one), right groin pain, sore throats, yeast infections, tingling in hands and feet, irregular periods, weird little white bumps on upper right ARM, stinks farts. Guys I am breaking out. The only thing that makes me feel better is that I started feeling all these things after I began to think about it.
Suddenly i will then become weak and drozey, which then means that my whole body becomes like jelly and find it hard to have the energy to do anything. after this, i will then find it a struggle to breathe normally and it becomes loud and unusual. i then have pins and needles in my hands, arms, legs and feet. my hands will then become stiff. i then fall into a sleep mode and could be out from 20-45 minutes.
I have found my own choice after 4 years but would not like to discuss it on the forum and would not like to give you my plan because it is only for me. Drugs work differently for everyone. Anyways, there are ways to avoid the sleepiness with the drugs if it begins to interfere with your life. If you would like to talk about this more add me as a friend.
My daughter slept through the night almost exclusively from day 1. All babies are different. And as far as waking him up, it's definitely your prerogative and please don't think I'm judging you, but I don't think you should. I know they tell you they have to eat every so many hours, but if you do that, he will demand food every so many hours for the rest of his not solid food life. Like, wake up out of a dead sleep and scream for food.
