My rhuemy gave me sleep aid for insomnia.I don't like it cause you sleep 3-4 hrs., up again.I drink 2 cups before work and my 1:00 C. I don't usually get till late but also st drinking before I go to sleep.It takes a little while to wind down but have also been sleeping better for the past week.Hope that continues.Couldn't be stress related, not sleeping.Hope your good sleep continues and I'm sure you know when you stop the java you've started, do it slowly.

I was conscious but very very very relaxed. The doc said It was common to sleep during the procedure. I was not asked to hold my breath. The Transjugular biopsy is safer than a percutaneous biopsy and a lot less painful.

Hi Eric , Hang in there , go hour by hour just do it.

He does think he needs to eat every two hours between midnight and 4am but then he will sleep in 4 hour (sometimes longer) stretches. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL! The wait and pain is totally worth it!!!

Hi Eric - Your pins and needles could be an MS symptom, or as you point out it may have been from sleeping funny. On occasion one or the other of my hands feel like they are going to sleep. If I shake them or change position the feeling tends to ebb. I wouldn't worry too much about it, but I would mention it to the neurologist on 5/13.

Me too add me into the I could sleep all day department (but kind of sort of I've always been like that but just never could cause there was my mom waking me up or as an adult stuff to do!). Now I just sleep all I want on the weekend and if anyone doesn't like it...........too bad! Nice to see you BOTH in here!

Sorry you had to drive so far Susan, Hwy 60 is so boring , hope you were able to stay awake.. LOL I used to make that drive going to visit my dad in Ft Pierce, before moving there myself. I always managed to have the sun in my eyes too..

In my opinion it would depend on if there are rescue drugs on the way. My doc let mine go to .5 before precribing neupogen. As I've heard many people say its not too bad until the ANC gets below .5. You're friend should stay away from anyone who is sick and I would recommend staying away from big crowds. How are you doing with your tx? Yes!!! I had a dream last night that my mom called me and said as calmly as she could "Christina, your father just killed Eric" Eric is my fiance! It was such a scary dream,i woke up crying and drenched in sweat lol. Never had dreams this bad till i got pregnant.

The will to live is strong with pets who know they are loved, cared for and wanted.

So all you need is to de-stress the body, by mainly getting enough sleep and doing a daily 30 minute walk. Clean diet is a must! Please watch Dr. Eric Berg on Youtube, he has videos on this issue. Good luck!
