Sleep is a necessity, without it, you are going to get much worse, mentally. The
sleep deprivation will feed the anxiety, and when the hallucinations start (and they will without sleep), you will be more fearful than ever. That's why it is SO important for you to seek some help, urgently. While you're waiting to see a doctor, try napping during the day, when you feel less fearful. If you have to, lie down and refuse to allow yourself to get back up until you get some sleep.
