melatonin and valerian root helped me with broken
sleep but keep on mind that at best you will get 3/4 hours of
sleep and then maybe another couple with some luck. Take the melatonin in the dark, both melatonin and valerian are not addictive and valerian helps with anxiety too. Take hylands restful legs for the restlessness legs, eat lost of bananas, they rich on potassium and help with legs kicks, drink tonic water, the quinine on it helps also....
