The important thing to remember though is you have to use it several times a day to keep your skin really hydrated. Once the rash starts to abate DONT stop using it or the rash will come back (I made that mistake). It only took about 3 days for my rash to really clear up but some places where like my bra strap would rub against my skin I had to put bandaids on because the skin was just raw.

my itching is not from rash, just seems to be dry skin exacerbated by meds. i got a humidifier for bedroom. for skin i mix bag balm and tea tree oil and rub it in. at night if real bad i add a tad of hydrocortisone gel. works so far...

Where ever your clothing are chaving your body, there you will get a rash or like in my instance boil like sore and when they open up leaves a hole in the skin. I am now avoiding wearing jeans, skirts and pants that chaves me around my middel. My scalp also gets these sores which is due to shampoos and conditioners containing "Sulpher" related chemicals. I now use a 100% Honey based shampoo, conditioner and soap, which cured these sores.

just started treatment 5 days ago (it already feels like forever). I have many symptoms, but the latest and greatest is my skin is so sensitive!! There is also a skin cream called Cera V,You can get it at Walmart and CVS.My brother used it for his rash and itching and it completely took both away.It is inexpensive and was dr recommended.

It was all red and bubbly skin. My arms and hands broke out with 100s of little itchy bumps (like an allergic rash). In days, it spread to various parts of my body including my scalp, my stomach, my thighs (front and especially back) and my forefeet. I get a rash often between my thighs that I believe is heat rash. The pain from the rash comes and goes but my skin has gotten thicker and darkened in that area now. On Ribavarin, Interferon and Procrit. Went to ER twice because my skin is incredibly itchy (all over body) with no rash. Thanks! I am strictly breastfeeding him, so he has never had anything else, except apple juice one time, to help him have a BM. He is wanting to nurse more, so I am keeping him hydrated I suppose. I will try the warm wash cloth on his chest. I know I usually put it on his belly when he is constipated or has gas and wow does it break it up fast! So I will definitely try that. As for immunizations, he hasn't had any yet. He is suppose to get one next week.

But now the dry skins is all gone but i have 2 cuts. At the same time I got this cut an dry skin in my lips corner(only right side). The skin had dried out but still I can see the cut in the edge. I'm calling it a rash, but I don't really know what it is. I took a picture of it and downloaded it as my profile picture. It itches and is a redish color. I have had it for a couple months and it hasn't gone away. I have been using Triamcinolone Acetonide cream from someone, but it hasn't helped. I don't have any money to see a doctor so any help would be great.
