skin rash no itching

Not so much a question, more like musing. I've read through as many of the postings as possible regarding unexplained itching. As a woman, I have come to believe that the itching is absolutely related to what I am ingesting. I have taken pains to change my diet, and exclude as many processed, GMO and non-organic foods as possible.

In last month I developed severe skin itching, no rash. Has anyone else had this? Any success treating this intolerable side effect? I thought this would diminish once off Telaprevir (now 4 days), but it has not yet. Have betamethasone lotion and hycodan tablets to help, but this is very uncomfortable.

-itching began with no sign of rash or irritation, but within the past week red bumps have appeared -Antihistamines MIGHT have a minor effect -Glans has red blotching with scab-like texture, but no pain Any help would be appreciated, I really don't want to see a dermatologist if this is just stress or something easily fixed.

Just RIBA & peg , no rash. It started when I first began tx, then went away. And now is back. I told the nurse about it, they keep asking about it, but last time I was there I told her it was gone. I wonder if it's from my soap or lotion or ??? I thought I read something about tx causing sensitivity ??

Skin itching, by itself, isn't an STD symptom. No worries about STD if itching is all you have.

Then it moved next day to left hand back just above the buttock - same time pretty much all my tummy is now covered in a rash looking like small pin pricks and the same on the lower of both forearms. There is no itching as such, or at least it is not really bothering me. Could this be a simple reaction? I have no fever.

Terrible itching, nothing seems to work, and pretty aggressive skin rash, thighs, arms, and a little on the butt. Went to the Dr., just gave me a subscription, but not too much info. Been using ectosone cream, Cetaphil moisturizing lotion, slightly warm baths with a skin sensitive soap for just over two days only, but as of yet , no improvement. Trouble sleeping with the itching as well. Is it a bit too early to tell if it's working, or does it take time?

hi i have been having alot of skin problems,i feel really itchy mainly on my hands and legs. now the skin has turned black. for the past 3 months i feel very ithcy on the skin of my vigna,i feel like i cant close my legs and i just want to itch. it feels puffed up but i cant seem to see anything,i dont really have discharge either. i just dont feel like sex,i feel like it will make it worse. i have been using dacktacort ointment,i dont feel like its helped. what do you think it could be?

Any of the nice thick moisturizers that won't come off easily will be very helpful. Personally for me and a bunch of folks on here was the Gold Bond Triple Therapy Anti Itch Medicated Lotion (Green Bottle, Red Top) worked the best. The secret is though don't just put it on once a day, use it several times a day. And when the itching stops after a few days...don't discontinue or the rash will come right back. I found out that the hard way.

I dont know if its the fabric, but the same happens when i wear different types of pants. I dont feel it when i wear sweats though. I have no rash, and even if i wear cream, the itching doesnt stop, even though it does help control it, just a little.
