Running, tennis, kickboxing and rowing all use the core to stabilize the upper body during the workout. The abs engage, and at the same time get stronger and more defined. During the day, it's once every 1.5 hour or so and at night, it's about two - three times urination. I workout almost five - six times a week (running on treadmill two and weight training three) so is generally fix with about 10% body fat. After frequent urine for a week, my lower back kind of sore now.

Avatar n tn m pretty close and have a six pack again. By concentrating on those goals, I was able to forget about the meds...almost 11 months now... Keep exercising and if you start to feel down, exercise some more. There were times I exercised 3x in one day...cardio, weights, cardio, etc... You can get over this hump... Stay Cool...

Back when I was 14-17 I would join my father in the gym, but his trainer gave me different things to do to just be fit and toned. I do have some equipment at my house and my husband works crazy hours so we can't just go to a gym. Plus, I would like to look semi-decent to be able to even show up at a gym. Avatar m tn I've damned the torpedoes. I am doing the www.musclehack.com 10-week weight lifting cycles, including diet advice. I just finished the 10 week "total six-pack abs" and I'm sure I violated every rule for Hep C patients in the book (ie pure protein meals, pure carbohydrate meals, yada yada). Should you do this? don't ask me. However, I don't tell lies on this list by being super worried but still drinking alcohol and/or staying obese and glutinous.
Avatar n tn We all know that no amount of sit-ups or crunches will give you a six- pack! A six-pack is the result of a clean diet as stated above, low body fat and hard, hard training. Crunches are what I consider a good "finisher" at the end of your core training, poor form often results in not much else than a sore neck. Instead, work your core with dynamic stabilizing moves.
