Wednesdays I usually take my dogs for long walks. I'm a hair dresser so the other days I'm working and am too exhausted and sore to do anything else as of right now. Keep exercising it's good for both of you.

If not you try doing skipping, jogging in the neighbourhood, floor exercises, yoga, basketball etc. Calculate your BMI and also according to your age prepare a neat diet chart and stick to that. Do not consume fried food, desserts, choclates, icecreams, fast foods, etc. Exercise combined with Diet will do wonders on you. Take care!
Avatar f tn There are many workout options for mothers. Maybe you can do video workouts when your baby is sleeping. About baby workouts, all I do with my 6 month old is make sure she is active. I have a walker for her so I place her in it for a while. She walks around a lot in it. I also put her on the floor where she rolls everywhere. She has a step'n play piano which she loves because she can twist and walk back and forth with music activation when she steps.

When you say 'protective of you' do you mean he is clinging to you and growling or something when anyone comes near? Or something like that? You might have to pull the 'Pack Leader' card out, and start to use some gentle discipline.

But you can do a heck of a workout at home using your body as resistance as people did in the olden days. Push ups, crunches, planks and squats come in so many varieties that you can do them for hours without needing any equipment. Yoga needs no equipment. Martial arts forms need no equipment. There's a lot one can do if one really wants to.
