If youre already active its best to stay that way. You just dont want to add anything to your routine. The doctor will tell you when its no longer safe and to adjust your stride.

I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! I started doing a little of everything 3 times a week, then did arms/abs then chest/back/shoulders/legs twice a week (which took like 2 hours each time to where I was ready to pass out). I am thinking about trying to revamp my routine into a 4 day split with a day of cardio (as my off day). Maybe something like 1-arms, 2-legs, 3-chest/back, 4- shoulders- 5- run, then repeat.

Still, I would like to suggest you to consult your family doctor or a neurologist to get examined. As the cause is not very obvious, better to get investigated early and to be sure nothing wrong. How is your blood pressure level? Avoid doing your routine workout for time being and seek doctor's advice. Take care and update on the visit.
14991338 tn?1447193706 I suspect that this has to do with a blood pressure drop or raising due to the workout. It is possible your anxiety while you workout is putting your bp over the edge. It does raise some naturally after a workout and the anxiety may be making it go higher. If you had a clean bill of health with your tests then I would work on this fear you have that is impacting your well being. We are all going to die. Living in fear of it will rob you of your happiness.
