You're both just selling something you want to be true because you both do it, but I'll bet a lot (if I had a lot) that Gymdandee for sure doesn't have six pack abs.

Cardio helps burn fat and will remove that layer right off your belly. Anything that can get you heart pumping is cardio so make it fun! Dance fast to an upbeat song. Do jumping jacks. Run in place or just run. Look up at home cardio workouts for some fun ideas. Zumba is a great cardio workout.

Keep exercising and if you start to feel down, exercise some more. There were times I exercised 3x in one day...cardio, weights, cardio, etc... You can get over this hump... Stay Cool...

I was chubby before my pregnancy so I know I have that little bit down there but now there's a clear definition of baby and my fat.. Is this ok it's kind of scary..

As for diet, i am not a nutritionist but something you can do is make healthier substitutes for things like cookies. you could just try any diet while you are on this exercise program and will lose around one pound a week.

Avatar f tn That's not true. If you look at pregnancy workouts they always do that stretch in the beginning of workouts haha. I workout everyday and all I know I can't do is on my back abs.
Avatar f tn Ashley, I joined a gym (YMCA) and it made me pack on the pounds, last year. Interestingly, my brother had the same exact experience. He was also working out at at gym and he lost his attractive physique. I am a healthy, slim weight to begin with. But I joined the gym to firm up and feel better with more energy, and more muscle definition. Let me tell you, I looked like hell after going to that gym 4x weekly. I looked like a big ugly thick brick.

Avatar m tn I've damned the torpedoes. I am doing the www.musclehack.com 10-week weight lifting cycles, including diet advice. I just finished the 10 week "total six-pack abs" and I'm sure I violated every rule for Hep C patients in the book (ie pure protein meals, pure carbohydrate meals, yada yada). Should you do this? don't ask me. However, I don't tell lies on this list by being super worried but still drinking alcohol and/or staying obese and glutinous.
