Go to a jeweler to help see if they can assist. I used to work in jewelry and for the most part they are not allowed to cut off rings anymore for liability reasons (at least chain stores won't, private jewelers might) you have to go to the hospital to have it done.

Although I think Im way too driven and neurotic about most things, I kinda think I should have been born in the 40s or 50s, at least when it comes to things like smoking. I had to get cut. It really wasn't a big deal to me. I had an epidural so even though I seen the doctor stitching me up after my son was born I couldn't feel it. My doctor told me today every once in a while he's having to cut rings off, he felt my legs today to make sure they weren't swollen from the hot weather and I'm only 20+4, so that surprised me, but my fingers have definitely been swelling lately!

My hubby was the same. And when we did look at rings he always looked at princess cut diamonds. Not my style at all plus I hate diamonds and wanted a sapphire in a vintage setting. And he hated sapphires. Eventually tho when he was ready. He popped the question with a beautiful banquette cut sapphire that he found at an antique store. Today was injection day - Week 39. When I went to refill my pill container, I discovered I missed two AM doses, six pills. Will this compromise my treatment?
