It’s giving me anxiety because I’m wondering why I’m noticing so many things that coincide with my birth date. Is it coincidences that I’ve turned into obessive behavior? I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).

I've been hearing a ringing in my right ear since may. It's a low-frequency noise, about 80hz. It's not matching my heart beat at all. It is continuous and feels like there is someting vibrating inside my ear.
Avatar f tn Oh, please, guys, you both know that not everyone or very many people will ever have six pack abs. Why would we want them anyway unless you watch too many TV commercials? You're both just selling something you want to be true because you both do it, but I'll bet a lot (if I had a lot) that Gymdandee for sure doesn't have six pack abs.

Strength train consistently and follow a hypertrophy, or muscle building, program. That's a high frequency of training sessions, with each session being of high volume. Rectus abdominus muscles like all muscles in your body require a rest from strength training, so allow 48 hours of recovery time between training sessions.
Avatar f tn You might want to take two bags one for all your items and one for the baby:) Some stuff I have packed (depends on how long your staying in the hospital) were: a loose shirt and loose pants for after labor(also loose/comfortable underwear&bra), slippers or socks, house coat, deodorant, soap and shampoo cause you get a chance to clean up after, pads and lots of them!
