I've been exercising for long time and i can feel my six pack (when i push my finger on my belly) but it's hidden under a layer of fat. Why? What should i do? Any tips?

i am a 79 year old male, i had prostate cancer in 2001 and again in 2005 (2005 prostate was frozen), because of radiation treatments in 2001 (bladder decinagrated), had to have my bladder removed and have a urinary stoma in its place.

I know there are kids in the area of which these people live. Their lifestyle is out of wack. They are good people but there is so much craziness that lures the area. I would hate to see them in jail. These people think it's the normal way of life. I don't think they think its wrong at all. Mind you, nothing is cooked around there that I know of. It's just a hang out. I would just like pros and cons if they are able to be weighted.
