from past experience I've noticed that drinking any amount could set your heart off at any given time during rest ( if you have any form of heart condition, SVT, or VT ). When you say a few, how much is a few? I remember clearly some years ago, I was having a great night with good friends, didn't over do it on the alcohol, had a six pack in 5 hours and suddenly started getting palps and then boom full on svt.
My problem is just to get the younger 2 insinct with all of the rest. I know a lot of people think bad of people who have a large amount of animals, but I gave up a lot to be able to have them and please know that they are all well taken care of, medically,emotionally and well fed. Thanks for your response however. It will be a lot easier when summer comes, they can play outside longer and everyone might get the schedule.
When my boyfriend first moved in with Me and my house of pets everything was fine, everyone was responding nicely and getting along well. One evening, maybe 2 weeks after he moved in, we were horsing around and were playfully wrestling on the couch. My shepherd, who is a normally very even tempered even somewhat submissive dog, ATTACKED him. I have to pull her off and calm her down.

I drink Beer on weekends, sometimes as many as 8, but try to stay in the six pack range. Beer has a big reputation of giving us a "beer belly", you might not have that problem with whiskey. I found a new Budweiser beer called "select" that only has 3 grams of carbs per 12 oz beer plus it still has 5% alcohol. I don't have any trouble drinking, but have found that beer raises my blood sugar when I first drink and then over a couple of hours it will lower my sugar.
back pain (arthritis) and a six pack of beer every night... on weekends a lot more beer and maybe two to three more pills every Sat.& Sun. I would also like to mention that I have been on a really good diet for six moths now( I eat lots of fruits, veggies, beans, salads, cereal with lots of fiber low sugar, chicken breast daily, and plenty of 80 to 130 oz a day.) I stay away from soda and processed foods. I know if consult a doctor he might just place on a stress medication. The question I have. Do you think it' s the metamucil keeping my weight low? and Does any have a similar problem?
depending on what your problem is and how bad there are other ways of pest control. If it is fleas, you can combine 1cup of Borax, 1 cup of baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger. sprinkle on carpets, in sofas, on mattresses. Use a broom to push it into the carpet. do this every three days for two weeks, then once a week. If you problem is ants or roaches. you can do the above plus put little piles, or lids filled, with Borax, in your cabinets, and on the corners of you rooms.

I have a pudgy stomach. Although I do drink perhaps a six pack of beer per week, I did not get the stomach just from beer. I do like to eat. Not a lot of junk, but a lot of whatever is being served. I have been taking two 200mg OTC Motrin 2 - 3 times daily, but with very limited relief.

If your husband drinks an 18 pack of beer a night, he is an alocoholic. It might very well be the case that he does not realize that he is urinating because of the 18 pack.
You do not state your husband's age. I'm 44 and if I drink that much I would have to get up several times a night. If the beer does not seem tobe the cause of the bed wetting, it certainly will have an impact on his liver.
I don't use alcohol and I know that my wife would not put up with somehting like that.
Yet I have noticed that my few beer evenings a week have progressed to more than a few beers on weekdays and a hell of lot on the weekends. I have a kegerator to house the free beer I receive monthly and definitely do my part to drink it. My issue is the new found beer drinking has zero impact on my life outside of work and has very little effect on my personal life over the weekends.
In my head I know I should cut back but where do we draw the line?
