My suitcase is open/empty right next to my bed.. i plan to actually pack it when I go. I live in a small town so I'm never more than a few miles from my house or the hospital..

I've been exercising for long time and i can feel my six pack (when i push my finger on my belly) but it's hidden under a layer of fat. Why? What should i do? Any tips?

Hi, i'm 13 years old and i do not know what to do. My friends say i'm not fat, but i feel like i am. I am 7 stone 13 pounds and i do gymnastics 18 hours a week. I am not sure whether to go on a diet or not. Also, i am trying to get a six pack, but i don't know how to do so. I do sit ups and leg crunches but should i go on a diet too??

Six years here too!!!! I was working on mine today. I packed some loose flannel pj's with the bottom up top for nursing. Nursing bras. Socks with grippy bottoms. Loose clothes for coming home. An old robe. I'll pack toiletries yet. An extra pillow most likely. Then the day of I'll put our camera, cell charger in.

Ok so me and my boyfriend have been together for a little over six months. We have a very good relationship, we hardly ever argue only very rarely over little stupid things but we make up that night always. Curiosity got the best of me and I went into his messages. He has alot of girls as friends so I expected to see him writing to other girls and such which didn't bother me but a couple of them did.

I am also a first time mommy, my sister had always used pack N plays and the kids love it. I however didn't like the idea of it, so I bought a 4 in 1 crib. Maybe try looking into one of them. Newborn/infant crib, toddler bed, twin bed, then finally turns into full size bed.

Please tell your kids and your loved ones that you love them everyday. My best friend who was 17 was killed in an atv accident 2 months ago here in Alaska. Then on Monday my nephews good friend was hit and killed by a car in Washington. She was 15. Accidents happen, and tomorrow is never promised.
